The only problem was that the building where the double room we stayed was in another adress, so it was harder to use the hostel infrastructure.

in contact information indicated 2 addresses. First one is without any indication on the house that here is hostel. The office is located on the second address. So we spent 1 hour to find hostel and people. Please mark correct addresses in booking sites and give additional information for travelers where they have to go for checking in. All other things are good.

We booked a double bed private room with own bath room (ensuite) and got twin beds with shared bathroom. After we complained we had the bathroom for our selfs. Another Minus: The Wifi did not work.

Disappointed on the whole. Allocated room with shared bathroom although paid for an ensuite - Flamingo doubles reception is a walk away from apartment and when carrying backpacks between the 2 to sort out their mistake was more hassle than it was worth. Apartment is nice enough apart from need to keep your keys on you to get between your room and the kitchen (when there are 2 people - need 2 keys). Rm 2 tv and some lights didnt work.

When we arrived at the hostel, the receptionist say us that our apartment was in the other building and that the wi-fi internet connection doesn't worked in this other building. The internet connection was one of the main reason because we book at this hostel.

Location great.5 min walk from hostel & up 3 flights of stairs.Quiet area.Staff gave us key that didn't work so called & they just said 'it should work'.Went back to hostel to change key.Staff were very rude to & kept saying 'it worked today'. Eventually got in,internet & heating didn't work.Asked staff whose response was 'no-one else has complained so it should work'.No heating or internet despite 5 days of asking.They don't care.Beds were awful.Sheets don't cover badly stained mattresses.

The apartment we stayed is separated from the main hostel. We arrived in at night which made it hard to find our room since there was no light in the hallway. Also it was on the fourth floor and got to walk up so many steps. I would recommend to stay at the main hostel not the apartment.

When we arrived at the hostel, 3 female receptionists were busy chatting and processed our accommodation with an attitude that screams "i can't be bothered". None of them took the initiative to show us to our apartment which was a 5-minute walk away, instead we were given a map which was of not much help. The WIFI password was wrong. The safe was not working, when we approached the receptionist about it, she sarcastically replied that the area is safe. Flamingo Doubles is horrid.

Perfect place, very new and clean, great location and privacy

The hotels were very well finished and modern. It was very clean and nice and quiet. It was only a 5min walk from the main square. Bit difficult to find initially due to no signs on the doors but no complaints other than that. It was low key and pleasant, highly recommended for young couples. No frills but worth every penny.

We had a fantastic stay in Krakko. The Hostel is comfortable for people who wants to stay close to the centre of the city. Everything is just a short walk. The room was clean and well equipped. The only bad thing was, that the food was put in the fridge disappeared by morning. It was after the first evening so cleaners could be who dropped it out by chance. Who knows! Oh, it is high time to replace mattresses! Apart from all these I recommend the Hostel to everyone!!
