Staff are particularly friendly and informative. You can use the main hostel\'s excellent amenities to supplement those at Doubles. Try the sister hostel in Zakopane for an Alpine location experience. I really recommend it for the location,cleanlees, comfort and the staff. It is the most central place and very quiet. We were so impressed with the level of hospitality even after we formally checked out. The security rating is as above, because, when we arrived, someone, besides staff, seemed to be sleeping behind the counter; this did not inspire confidence re leaving ID as a deposit for our key. Then,on departing, our US$ 20 key deposit could not be returned as staff could not access the security deposits; we were given Polish currency instead. I would stay here again.It is very good quality affordable accommodation. Everything was good except that we had to pay for breakfast in the hostel.The double rooms are not part of the hostel but they are still Flamingo rooms and it seemed a little unusual that we booked Flamingo beds and then had to pay for a breakfast separately, incidentally the milk was warm and the coffee and cereal were poor quality. So the whole breakfast thing let down what was otherwise a very satisfactory stay. 9/10 I would stay here again.It is very good quality affordable accommodation. The double rooms r modern & nice and would be gr8 if ur travelling as a couple or just need a break from a dorm.The bathroom is beautiful, but shared. Trying to find it following the directions they emailed was near impossible as the first st they giv you is not on any sign or map in the vicinity and no local or info counter knew it.Once we got to our room after trekking up the stairs to the very top floor we found the tv, fan and wireless not working & there was a lot of street noise all night.The double rooms r modern & nice and would be gr8 if ur travelling as a couple or just need a break from a dorm.The bathroom is beautiful, but shared.
