Brilliant high-street location. Cool building but there wasn't too much of a buzz around the hostel, and only one communal computer. Very clean.

Great value for money hostel. Refurbished and comfortable. Really nothing to fault.

I stayed only 1 night at this Hostel with my friends, but I would definately go back. The rooms are really nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is simple, but you can eat as much as you like. Helpfull staff. As the Hostel is situated on the main street of Zakopane, it can be noisy during the night.

Najfajniejszy hostel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłam. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja - na samym środku Krupówek. Jest nawet taki ładny taras, gdzie można sobie usiąść i popatrzeć na deptak z góry. Po drugie niesamowicie miła, pomocna i zaangażowana obsługa. Hostel jest mały, zlokalizowany w kamienicy i przez to ma bardzo przytulną atmosferę. Pokoiki schludne, czyste. Największy plus hostelu to duży salon połączony z kuchnią - normalnie jak w domu! :) Można zrobić sobie herbatę i kawę... SU

I enjoyed my time in Zakopane. Everything was perfect. I could relax.

This private suite was really nice,kitchen well equipped ( loved little Jack Daniel's glasses No7 and birthday cakes on the kitchen table).European standards!!!Well done...

great location, right on the main st. they were doing construction when i was there, starting 7am everyday... horrible security, their system is one key for the whole dorm, and last person to leave the room should lock and give the key to the front desk... there were only two other people when i was there, and they didnt drop the key off when they checked out. so the room was open the whole day i was hiking, and when i asked the girl at the desk about it she said i dont know, its not my fault.

Stayed here earlier and was highly not impressed - staff and hence atmosphere were very poor. Stayed here again this time and unfortunately nothing had changed from before. You have the feeling like you should apologize to the staff that you actually chose to stay here. Still, as before, I need to mention that the location is excellent and in general hostel seems alright, but personally I will not be choosing it again if I come to Zakopane.

Perfect place to rest after a day of hiking! The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I come back!!

Hospitality training urgently needed for the staff. All in all, the place is in a great location and seems alright but the atmosphere is definitely missing - and I will blame staff, which were unfriendly, not entirely helpful and instead of explaining anything they made us sign a 'must not do' list - which they did not enforce upon other users of the hostel. It was loud until late and no one gave a damn about it. Breakfast consists almost entirely of discount shop budget products. Not impressed.

Private rooms were light, airy and clean. BUT - soundproofing was HORRENDOUS - you can hear every footstep & whisper - god forbid someone wants to watch TV after the pub when you're asleep. Promised breakfast until 10am wasn't there at 9.45, there was no-one to ask, staff tended to glare at you, and rather than explain the house rules they give it to you in writing to sign & accept marketing emails. Location is convenient tho & if you're with a large group you will probably enjoy.

Very good hostel, I would recommend if your going to Zakopane to stay with them. However, its quite noisy if there are Spanish or Irish there! :D hehe I didn\'t mind so much, but its quite a party hostel unless your in the apartment suites (which are the best). I stayed in a 3 bed ensuite and everything was GREAT except poor shower pressure, other than that- its a great hostel! :) Thanks guys!
