Good location but VERY noisy hostel all night to the point of not getting any sleep. Staff unhelpful in this situation. We had a private room with a double bed but the room was tiny and dingy and the bed was more like a single bed so it was a squeeze. Stale bread for breakfast too. Would not return here.

Nice hostel very close to the old town. The staff will tell you the about the town at your arrival but after not a lot of talking. They had a calender with a lot of activity for the week but nothing was done. I dont know why but there was not to many people in the hostel.. Good place but could be much better if the staff was a bit more friendly. I had to get up and complaine at 11h pm because the staff were talking to loud at the reception.... Good free breakfast.

Best hostel ever! The staffs are amazing! Beautiful and cute polish girls that will be your party guide in the weekend. At fridays and saturdays, there are free soup at the hostel and even free shots of vodka. You can make your laundry, iron your clothes, make a coffee or a tea whenever you want. If someone snorks at your room (happens in all hostels), you can have earplugs at the reception. The bed is very confortable, they have big and free lockers, and good showers. Best place to have fun!

The best place to stay in Krakow! The hostel is perfectly located and they offer everything and anything you'd need. Excellent accommodation, excellent facilities, excellent staff. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was fine till the evening. I went to sleep at around midnight to get some proper sleep. Well, it turned out I didn't get any sleep at all. There was some random guy from the USA staying in my room. He decided to get drunk and storm our dorm approximately 5 times at night, screaming and turning on the lights. What is more, police came to the hostel but later that night (!) that guy came back. At around 7-8 in the morning again, he was taken by the security. My worst hostel stay ever.

Couldn't recommend this hostel any more. Location is perfect within 10m of three night clubs, a McDonald's, a kebab shop open all night, a supermarket and a bar that sells beer for 4 pz! As for the hostel, the staff are amazing and always helpful: co-ordinating events, providing local knowledge and around 24hours for you to drunkenly test your Polish. We paid £10 a night which for breakfast and the facilities provided at the hostel was an absolute steal. Would love to return, a must vist.

The staff were amazing and it is very close to everything. I was there during the quiet season so it was pretty quiet and i had a room to myself because it was so quiet. Very nice hostel and i'm sure it is very good in the summer.

Staff at the hostel should be careful what is saying. Talking rude about the guests is not nice. Some of the visitors could understand Polish very well.

Loved this hostel! Such a great atmosphere, and I met heaps of cool people. The staff are also amazing, they were really friendly and helpful (especially Bozena and Magda)! Location was perfect - right on the main square. The only downside was that the showers weren't always hot depending on how many people had used them.

Everything was wonderful. Nice room, nice people and nice parties. Strongly recommended! The only thing might need to be inproved is the hot water supply. I stayed at Flamingo Hostel during Easter holidays and due to large amount of guests there, the hot water ran out very fast and I has a cold shower.
