The place is great, and location is even better! I really enjoyed my stay in there.

Perfect location, helpful staff, only thing that they could improve is the doors , kind of noisy specially during the night, otherwise I recommend . Rooms are very clean and toilets also... much better than some hotels.

Amazing location and good facilities. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately, we had 2 nights of poor sleep as the double bed in our room was so very tiny and squeaked constantly! I would not recommend unless you don't care about getting any sleep.

Hostel Flamingo had a very helpful, very friendly staff that made all the difference for my trip to Krakow. They helped arrange tours, let me borrow an umbrella when I had forgotten to bring one, would chat with me and recommended great places to eat, drink and things to see. I can't say enough good things about this place! Wifi worked consistently throughout the hostel, breakfast was decent, the location was fantastic... right off the main market square! I met a lot of really cool people, too.

The sign isn't very obvious and it took us absolutely ages to find the place. When we arrived we realised our room was literally right across from the bathroom and as the doors are paper thin we could hear pretty much everything. Especially the morning rush of people showering which began at 5am. The bed was also VERY creaky and everytime we moved it was creak as if we'd jumped on it and wake the person who wasn't moving up. 3 days, approximately 3 hours sleep.

Staff were very friendly and more than willing to help. It is positioned in an excellent location. The bathroom facilities were very modern, clean and tidy.

A hostel with a great location and with very nice staff.

Flamingo Hostel was in an amazing location, just steps away from the main market square which was so convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about all of the things they had to offer. I also really liked the security, you had to buzz in to get into the Hostel and there was a receptionist as soon as you entered there able to help you. Overall, I had a great experience at the Flamingo Hostel.

Almost everything is perfect. Just one inconvenience - you can hear what people in next room are doing...

they never give you a key to your room and pretty much let anyone come into the hostel (you just have to ring the bell to be let in), and the room i stayed in had a lock but it didnt work, room 8.

We had a fabulous time, thank you so much! It was definitely worth the money, and a great location. The biggest thing for us was the truly friendly staff, thank you for being so lovely! Also we were really impressed by how clean everything was, especially the bathrooms! One tiny thing (which we don't expect more for the price, but...) the bed was really, really squeaky, so much so that we barely slept because every time we breathed, it squeaked loudly at us. Besides that, wonderful.

I wait a long long time for hot water, and finally took a really cold shower!! Exept this, everything is excellent

Good place to stay, right in the center of the historical part of the town and only 15 minutes walking from the train/bus station.

Centrally located, lovely views, excellent price. Will be back.

Extremely friendly staff who make you feel at home from the moment your arrive. Facilities are very clean and have everything you would need.
