Flamingo Lodz Hostel Reviews

Nice hostel near the center of Lodz. I was there in January, so it was very quiet, too quiet to really say something about atmosphere and stuff. Pretty decent breakfast included, good hot showers and a spacious entertainment room + internet. Recommended.

The hostel is nice, though climbing with the bag to the 5 floor is not pleasant. The rooms are cosy and clean, bathrooms are really great - big and nicely arranged. The stuff is helpful, especially people in the restaurant. Good place to stay!

This hostel has a hotel-feel. The 'common room' is more a living room for the receptionists than a common room for the guests. Apart from that it has a great location, clean rooms, enough bathrooms (some with bath !), small breakfast included, kitchen is equipped well (spices !) and I even slept in a dorm with a huge balcony.

Generally ok. Staff is nice. There is only one key per room. It is annoying. I needed to wake up early and there was no key. Drunken guy forgot to leave the key and he put it in his bag. It was annoying and difficult to wake him up and get key, he forgot where the key was. It should be organised better to avoid unpleasent situation like mine.Everybody should have key or door should be open with card. Between reception and rooms there are four floors. Close to station ans shops. Too expensive!
