Staff is very kind and always available when you need help. Staff can even help you organizing your trips around Zambia finding excellent accomodation at a very good price. Rooms are big and comfortable. There's a small bar in the garden where you can even play pool. I strongly recommend this hostel to anyone travelling to Zambia.
