Nice and helpful staff Excellent location, suitable for backpackers (convenient to travel around) Clean environment and good facilities Though the room is a little bit small, there is a very large common area for you to relax or surf the net

We had a wonderful stay at FFH, if only it were longer. Was slightly disappointed that I was unable to rent a towel - they were all loaned out already. Perhaps maybe stock a couple more for the odd time that all the guests forget their towels? But other than that, wonderful place. Will definitely be back! Such a cosy place and has a homely feel to it!

This place is great for solo travellers! Great location and excellent service from staff. Encountered some problems with the wifi but otherwise it was a great stay.

lt would have been better if the mattress be more thick and puffy.

The hostel has really good location, close to both the main train station and another metro station. Staff quite helpful.

I love this hostel! One of the best! It's very clean and comfortable. The staff is sweet and cute. And the location is very convenient. Just a 10 minutes walk from Taipei Main Station. Overall, it's a very nice hostel.

- Fine for the place - actually it is quite surprise that they owned a building in Taipei city... - The rooms have very thin walls, every movement of the next room and also the bathroom could be heard very very clearly. - Mattress is a potential issue, too soft and actually it is worse than a normal sofa...

the location is good, while is a little hard to find but near Taipei Station. Staff there are nice and friendly, it has a large lounge, very comfortable.

The place was extremely clean - a lot of that probably has to do with not wearing shoes after you go up into the hostel. The beds were a bit uncomfortble for me - they were memory foam matteesses that sank too much - I felt like I was sleeping on the planks of wood below.

The staff are very helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxed and calm. The espresso machine is a real plus. Also, the pillows are super comfy. I wish I could pay them for one and take it home with me. Cheers!

I loved everything about this hostel. The staff are very kind and the location is perfect. I also have to mention that the facilities were great.

I thought Flip Flop Hostel was amazing... the cleanliness, ambience, location and bedding were all on the superior standard. If I ever visit Taipei again I'll definitely stay here again! Only down side is, my deposit hasn't been returned for the multicountry-plug I loaned. Since I had to leave early on the day of departure and FFH doesn't have a 24-hour reception desk, the arrangement I made with the staff who checked me in was not completed.
