Arrived about 2am after booking two hours earlier online and they said they didn't have my booking. The guy on reception was very friendly though and managed to get me a room. The next day, I wandered down to breakfast past reception and the girl shouted over to me, asking me for my room number. I gave it to her and she said I had to pay for breakfast 150B, even though it said on here it was included. So because I contested it (& paid for it), I got nothing but bad attitude off them all day.

Perfect place, too bad that is far away from the city, takes approximately 30 min by cab! But the staff was amazing and the service on top!! And also very fresh room!!

Good place to stay when in transit. Would not recommend if you are planning on spending a while in Bangkok. It's very close to the airport and the free pick up and drop off are great. However, when we were meant to be picked up, there was no one around from the hotel to be seen. After being sent from door to door for about 30 minutes, someone finally was willing to call. The guy at the airport was drunk and didn't have the sign out. What a pain. Otherwise, the staff is nice and very helpful
