The hostel was in a good area, the owner is so funny and very helpful! Would definitely recommend - right near the train station to so perfect if you're traveling by train.

The hostel was ideally located by the San Lorenzo market and the train station. With only one bathroom though, it was a little tricky if someone locked the door while showering and no one could use the bathroom. No lockers and though the doors to the rooms lock, other hostel mates left our room unoccupied and open several times. Rolando is great! Friendly and extremely helpful with navigating the city. Great value!

Small sign on the bell, so difficult to find first time, 3 floors of steps, no elevator, owner is not around alot, so make sure you give time of arrival, place gets cleaned each morning, wat is a good thing, also checkout is 11am. Owner is not italian (i think domenican republic) and extra friendly and social with the ladies.

The staff seems a little too much interested in those who are staying in the Hostel. (Sometimes you may find it too much.) But overally he is very kind!

Rolando is seriously creepy and inappropriate, he spent the whole time hitting on me and asking inappropriate questions, he needs to learn to be more professional! So wouldn't recommend this place to girls travelling alone! Great location, close to the train station and the city sights. Free wifi and free breakfast. No cooking facilities in the kitchen, no laundry facilities.

Friendly staff, easy to locate, VERY clean (I think it's the cleanest hostel I ever seen!!) and close to bars, markets and the main train station. Can't think of a better place for this price!! (Drags: no elevator - if you have mobility problems; noise of the bars in the street - witch may be a good point if you wanna hang out!)

Good value for money. The owner was very helpful, but the rooms and bathrooms just aren't very nice. Wifi is solid. Its a very small place so its fine for sightseeing and then an early sleep. Location is pretty good. Its not an expensive place buti ts not exactly amazing. Worth it though.

We had doubts about this place. But it's in the middle of the via and it was so easy to go (or from) there. It was so cheap so we thought there was no breakfast but it did! If you're three people and you care about your privacy-not to stay in dorm- this place is perfect for you! Owner was so friendly that he gave us maps and showed important places. Excellent experience we had.

It's very centrally located and within walking distance both from the main train/bus station and the major sites, and. However, staff is kind of strange and even rude at times. This was the only hostel I'd ever seen where the owner would come in and speak to another guest loudly while everyone in the room was sleeping! The place seems kind of shady, and usually unstaffed, even during the day, so don't forget your key! There's only one bathroom for some 15 residents.

The location was amazing, and for the low-cost it was good enough. The staff were absolutely bizarre though, not friendly or helpful. The last day I was there they were literally kicking numerous people out, not just for the lock-out, but telling them they could not stay that night?

The hostel is located really near Gallery Accadey where we can enjoy the real David (~4mins walk). The guy who rent the bed ireally tryes his best to make my stay comfortable. The only thing about him is that his English is a little bit hard to understand, but, ok, u're traveling, not staying hostel whole time to talk to him, so, no problem. I'll definitely return since the price is really good , value for money!

The worst youth hostel I've ever seen (il was better even in Naples or in Bulgaria...). No locker, old beds without comfort (the bunk beds are so low that you can't sit on the lower bed, only lie down), no place to stay out of the bedroom, only one bathroom with a shower which doesnt' work very well, the kitchen can't be used to cook... It doesn't seem to be an official hostel, because the name is scribbled on a little paper sticked above the bell.

Great value for propably best price in Florence. Good located (very close to railway station and city center, supermarket and great pizzeria/pub on the street) clean, warm, safe and quiet. You feel there at home, where you can really rest after a tiring day. You become your key, there is a huge locker for each 2 beds. Good equipped kitchen, free tea. The owner Rolando is a very friendly and helpful guy. Things to improve: wifi signal and new bedlinen! But it's still my 1st choice in Florence!

The keeper Ronaldo was very great person! He guided me to the must-go places of the city and some non-tourist sights from local at the same time which are so useful to me. Thank you!:)
