The access from rail station and sightseeing spot is good!
This hostle is ok if you just want a bed but you won't be hanging out enjoying it. It is in an ok location but it is hard to find and poorly labled (handwritten signs). There are 8 beds jammed in a small room so no room to hang out and no common area. One communal bathroom area with a bathtub with a shower or a shower in one of the stalls with a toilet. The bunkbeds are mediocre at best. Guy seemed nice enough but was usually gone. Gave us keys that didn't work as well.
Do not stay at this hostel if you can help it! Hardly one word of the description is true… This place hardly feels like a hostel, more like a shady 2-room apartment with an overflow of people stuffed into it. THERE IS NO KITCHEN and no reception. You have to pay in cash and in the end we just left our keys on the counter because there was no on there to check us out. Also, no A/C. I left the window open and got eaten alive by mosquitos. The place is dirty, cramped and generally unpleasant.
Good place to meet other people. Quite a cramped dorm with a lively young group of people staying.
This is a very good hostel, good location and very clean. The kitchen could be better, but you have a microwave and a fridge. A very important detail that they don't say in the web page is that the hostel is in a second floor and there is not elevator, a detail that is important for people who has reduced motility.
It's a nice place! The service is very good for the price that you pay. The stuff is very friendly. I do have to mention though that sometimes they were a bit difficult to reach (when arriving or trying to check out), it would be great to leave a contact number really visible somewhere. Overall I would recommend this place! :)
very good location and the best staff thank you boys
Great hostel, great vibes, perfect location, stuff willing to help. Just take air plugs because the street is sometimes noisy.
A nice hostel with big rooms and very friendly staff. The location in the city center is perfect, just right next to the central station. Missing the ability to cook food.
Great staff! They're really friendly and welcoming. On our last night, one of the workers stayed past his shift and bought wine for us to drink. Shared stories with us and made us regret leaving Florence and the hostel so soon. It's walking distance from everything since Florence is so walkable. It's by the Duomo so it's easy to navigate back to the hostel at night, you just look for the Duomo. Also located right by the train station. Wifi is a little spotty in the rooms.
Firstly the guy forgot that i was coming. I'd already told them i would be there at midnight but there was no one and had no phone to contact them. A nice gelato lady helped me and the person came at 1am.So better not to go after 18h. After that it was smooth. The bathrooms were shared and lockers were small and internet not so good. At night you'll get lots of noise from the streets below. So you cannot sleep very well.
Old furniture the kitchen isn't a kitchen You can't cook there!!! The kitchen looks different like the pictures. No air conditioning, its pretty hot and noisy if you sleep with open windows. But you have to sleep with them because of the heat. I think it's to expensive for the quality. One of the stuff was friendly and talks with the guests in the kitchen...but only one. A saw a lot of hostels but this was the worst..
Cool spot. Good location. Ronaldo is a chill guy. Definitely stay here.
A good choice for anyone on a budget. Rooms are really cheap. Not the best accommodations since it's pretty much an apartment converted into a hostel. The rooms are a bit cramped, the bathrooms aren't the nicest, but the location and the prices can't be beat.
Very well located, but the street is super noisy and busy. Good for young people on the go!
Nice guys working here. Pretty small place, not much room for socializing but it was comfortable. Pretty hard to find, it wasn't just me but an employee came to find me at a restaurant. Cool bar downstairs at the street, but noisy if you wish to sleep.
This is a super friendly place, it's small but big enough for the number of guests. There is free breakfast in the morning and check-in time is very flexible which is nice, as I arrived about 10 in the morning and could take a shower and nap straight away. The owners are super friendly and even make an effort to kern your name and socialise which is refreshing! Recommend for a tight budget, great value!
Not enough bathrooms and showers, and no common room. Met some great people here and rolando is very nice. There's no a/c on the top floor of a busy street so sleeping was tough at times. The location is the best part of this place
The hostel is very well located. Close to one of the train stations, easy access by bus and in a walking distance to the Florence sights. The staff is very helpfull and kind. I stayed in a four-bedroom and the room is OK, in average of most of the hostels offers. The hostel is very small and don't have like a liveroom or other place to interact but that wasn't a problem for us once we stayed the whole day out. The only "problem" was the bathroom, just one for everybody: only two showers.

Rolando was really nice, the place had the best location, three mins walk from the main station, supermarket and good bar and restaurant right on the street. We didn't regret choosing this hostel, it was a nice experience!
