The Flower Market Apartment, a 2 bedroom self catering holiday apartment for up to 6 guests may be the choice for you! Located on the Reguliersdwarsstraat, this is the most famous and trendy street as far as nightlife is concerned.

When you enter the building into the apartment on the ground floor, you will face the living room and the kitchen area. The living room comes equipped with a double sofa couch for two to sleep on. Plenty of light accentuates the features and paintings that hang while huge windows provide a really cool view which can be shut with the curtains. Sit around the coffee table to plan out your day or sit on one of the arm chairs or single seaters while watching a movie or listening to some tunes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything from a fridge with freezer, coffee machine, cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, oven and toaster. Just about everything that you need to prepare a delicious meal.

Making your way up to the second floor leads you to the first bedroom which has 2 single beds and to the bathroom which is private. The bathroom provides a toilet and shower massage panel with glass sliding doors. There is also a mirror and a rack to hold towels and any other things that you would like to place here. Bed linen, blankets, sheets and towels are provided.

Heading up to the 3rd floor leads you to the master bedroom which has 2 single beds, a TV and DVD player for entertainment purposes. The beds are of the best quality that there is. Bed linen, blankets and sheets are provided.

As a plus, there is car parking next door to the apartment which costs 35 euro per day. If you are arriving on bus, from the central station, take the tram 2, 5, or 1 and step off at 'Koningsplein'. Smoking is allowed and WiFi is available.

Please note that this apartment is divided over 3 floors and it is not suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired. Make sure to take precautions.

***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Cleaning fee 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
