Perfect place for backpackers who looking for a regular standard hostel. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. I felt secure at all times, the bathrooms are clean. There's lockers in the rooms, the matrasses are brand new and very comfortable. Free unlimited wifi is a big plus, as well as free internet at the provided pc's for 20 minutes. The breakfast is a bit poor. Location is brilliant in the heart of Little India and only a 5 minutes walk away from public transport stations.Perfect place for backpackers who looking for a regular standard hostel. The direction to get there by taxi is wrong. My taxi driver followed the direction given in website but could not turn into Perak road due to the "no entry" sign, i ended up paying and walking more. It would be good if Footprints can update the site.
The service could be improved. I inform the reception I would have early check out at 6am, it would be very thoughtful if I was offered an early breakfast.
