We’re located in the heart of the East Loop on the corner of Washington and Wabash.
Our pricing includes fully furnished apartments, European kitchens with granite counter tops, bathrooms in units, 24-hour security, a 24-hour recreation room (with couches, televisions, pool tables, vending, etc), a 24-hour fitness centre, free Wi-Fi, a cable connection in every unit, bed linens, towels and laundry facilities on every floor.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to register at Fornelli Tower. For persons under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older. A valid state or government I.D. is required.

This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
We have a 3-day cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation.
Check-in: 3pm.
Check-out: 12 noon. After 12 noon, we charge the market rate for the next night.
Early check-in is available for a $25 fee, when possible.
Payment is due upon arrival by cash, Visa and MasterCard.
Breakfast is not included.
City and State taxes of 16.4% per night are not included.
