I am so satisfied with this hostel! Its really amazing!!!

The "hostel" was not what it appeared on the site. We were shown to our room that consisted of on single bed with no linen and were told that the engineer was coming to install "bunk beds". This was not what we had previously booked as we had made the booking for a double bed. We were then told the engineer had gone home sick and got moved to another room with bunk beds and two singles?? The hallways were filthy and there was rubbish everywhere. We left immediately!!

Fornelli is somewhat more expensive, but it's worth every penny. The staff are incredibly friendly. It's clean, warm and safe. Initially, I was put off by the few bad reviews, but I'm glad I took them with a grain of salt. Thanks Fornelly for your warm hospitality.

The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly, willing to answer questions, and accommodating.

Check in process: I walked in and was greeted by a security guard. She called down someone who worked there who assisted us with check in process. They scanned a copy of my id and I filled out a form in case of damages. They gave me a card with my picture on it and it also was our room key. I would say the entire process took us about 10 minutes max. Rooms were nice, they have full kitchens, big bathrooms. Linens:clean;room:clean. Location is PERFECT. Worth the price and would stay again.

The security measure is ridiculous. It requires photo taken and credit card info per damages. I will not recommend this place for there are way better places nearby, unless you want millennium park be within 1 block only because you don't want to walk only a little more.

It was ridiculously warm on our room and we had no way to control it. It felt like sleeping in a furnace, please get that fixed.

a localização é otima, mas o quarto que eu fiquei era pequeno, muito estranho e não condizia com as fotos do site. Não existe limpeza e não me entregaram virol do lençol, tive que dormir com um chale pra proteger do edredon que parecia não ser limpo. o lixo também não era retirado, faltou papel higiênico.
