This place is definitely one of the cosiest hostels ever! We enjoyed lounging around the fire playing guitar and singing songs with fellow backpackers and is a memory I will never forget! Upon arrival the receptionist greeted us warmly and we got chatting right away. She recommended great things for us to do. Beds were what you'd expect of a hostel, but the free tea & hot chocolate was a treat! The kitchen was well equipped and a much cheaper option than dining out. Would love to come back!

The free hot chocolate would have been enough to make me happy, but with the addition of an awesome staff and a comfy, warm bed in a clean room with a beautiful view of Fort William, I was in a state of bliss. But seriously, that free hot chocolate was clutch.

This was such a great hostel! Though a little far from Ben Nevis it was right behind the start of another trail that led to a bunch of different hiking trails as well. Very close to the train/bus station as well as a grocery store too! The staff were AWESOME and full of great ideas of hikes. And just very cheerful and fun to be with too. Full Kitchen to use. Although the heating broke when I was there enough blankets and space heaters (and whisky!) was purchased for guests to stay warm.

Very friendly, helpful staff who battled through a tough weekend but remained upbeat and resilient and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent value for money with good facilities within walking distance of the town centre.

I am sour about this hostel because despite being told that the people staying there were regulars, someone stole food and drinks out of the fridge. That and there was someone sick in the room and it was pretty gross. The receptionist Kelsey was amazing though.

Great atmosphere. Quite small but it has got everything you need and the staff makes sure you feel good.

The hostel was close to the train station and the downtown area which was a positive. However, the hostel overall felt grimy. There were random occurrences of mold and the showers were a bit of a mess - there was often a line because there weren't enough showers for the amount of people packed in.

Lovely, easy going staff. Close to town. Cute little fire place. Was a little cold in rooms, but it is cold weather..

The staff were great! As somebody had the window open to air out there walking stuff, I asked for another blanket and got one. The hostel is close to the city center with a good view. I didn't stay long in the hostel but it had what I needed a bed and hot shower! Plus it was quiet. A place to hang clothes in the shower would be nice.

Everything was great apart from the beds, they weren't comfy at all - too old and worn out.
