I stayed for 3 nights and found the owners to be helpful. Easy access to the city centre via a short bus trip stopping almost beside hotel. Rustic. Could feel the springs in the mattress which was unfortunate but overall a pleasant stay and suitable for the price.

Upon arrival at Fountain Court, we were greeted by their little dog and were given a warm welcome by the owner. Fountain Court Hotel is like a home from home - the bed was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was immaculate (very important to me). They were very helpful when we had WIFI issues which was resolved. The breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed and we loved the filter coffee. We shall be staying again, no doubt about it!

We had one night in Birmingham, having booked from Australia on the net, and we now have memories of Christmas 2012 in a welcoming city with all our traveling needs met.
