The place is well located and clean, and the front desk staff that checked me in was nice, but every other member of the staff I saw after that was rather grumpy and moody all the time. The hostel is ok but it doesn't have any personality, a bit of joy and a more chilled atmosphere would improve the place. The rooms are warm and the bed is comfortable, but that paperthin pillow... In the common rooms is FREEZING, so take a jumper with you. WiFi just works in the ground floor and it's quite slow.

LOVED IT! First hostel I've ever stayed at, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Great location! The staff were very helpful and made it super easy for me to stay there and to get around the city. I would most definitely stay there again! Ah- one thing, not sure if they've fixed it by now, but the wifi wasn't the best...and that was probably the only thing I'd complain about.

First time in a hostel and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was pretty clean except the hallway bathroom on the second floor. I was also surprised that for the price they serve you breakfast. I am not a real people person so I would probably stay here again but maybe get a private room.

This hostel was a little bigger than I expected it to be, but that doesn't diminish the fact that it was a great hostel. The security was great and the staff was always more than willing to give you tips about different things. They also have trips that pick you up at the hostel, which was wonderful. My only slight annoyance was the wi-fi, because it didn't reach the rooms, and at night it was super slow because so many people were on. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The only thing that was bad in terms of cleanliness were the bathrooms...not my favorite.

Some small and really easy to fix things avoided a better stay, like no wifi on the rooms, broken lokers and other minor details. An OK hostel overall.

I use to say that a rotten apple, if leave in the basket, can spoil the others. Most of the staff were great guys and don't deserve a bad rating. The only unfriendly rotten apple that works at this hostel was a bolt guy that was at reception march 24 about 20h00 (unfortunately I don`t know his name). Despite of this guy, the hostel is great!!

Rude customer service, the 12 person room is actually more like a 30 person room with the two rooms being connected and everyone having to share a bathroom, the cubbies to lock up your belongings are completely inept and not secure, beds sounded like they were about to collapse every time you moved. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The location was great, near a lot of attractions and places to eat and drink. The staff was especially helpful as I wanted to book a tour outside of the city, helping me find one that fit my budget and expectations and then helping again when that tour was cancelled. But as a single traveller, the hostel felt a little too big - probably best for people travelling in groups.

I stayed over St. Paddy's day weekend, so the hostel was really busy yet staff were able to attend to most needs, which was impressive. I paid 50€ a night for my stay which is retarded for the quite average quality, but given the weekend, understandable. The hostel is located across from four courts which is close to temple bar and guinness store house, but is also next to a needle exchange and drug rehabilitation clinic. Take it or leave it, nothing special but a clean roof over your head.

Everything was pretty great, except they hiked up the prices to a ridiculous amount over St Patrick's day.

The Staff was very helpful, location was good and the atmosphere was fantastic. However the bathrooms were not very clean...water everywhere random articles of clothing on the floor and toilet paper strewn about.
