Novice Nomad (1)

Location excellent. Very clean, large room, but no phone? Although staff TRIED to be helpful, we were hoping for a good MAP and someone who could speak English - no such luck. Security NOT GOOD as a man ("boss?") let himself into the room while we were changing. Inappropriate!!!
