The hostel was very well run and managed. The people working the front desk were so helpful when we had questions. The location near Termini leaves much to be desired, but it's an affordable place for accommodation. Everything was clean and worked well. Would stay there again and recommend as a good place to stay if you're going to be out sightseeing and just need a place to sleep.

Nice place. Just the bedroom, because breakfast is not included and it has to be bought in another hostel. Staff was good and it is a clean place.

The staff was great! The rooms were nice. The water temperature in the shower was either hot or cold, nothing in the middle.

Good for a bed for the night. All fancy decorated in the lobby and bathrooms but mainly just for the first glance!! I had friends in the hostel on the floor above and I snuck up there quite often for some atmosphere! This hostel is lacking a common space where people can and want to meet. Thumbs down for fun!

We had a perfect stay in Rome, the staff was very friendly and they organised a perfect night out!! Only we thought there was a kitchen because the website said there was, but there wasn't.

Very clean and central location and staff were helpful with booking tours and general tourist info. It lacked a communal area for meeting other people which is difficult when you're a solo traveler but otherwise very good stay

We need less then ten minutes to get from the Termini to the Hostel. We arrive very early and it was great to leave our baggage in the hostel. We've booked an 8 mixed bed dorm. But to turn on the light sb has to put his room card in the light switch. In the washroom are 4 little bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a basin. They are very small and not soo clean because there are many people who use this, but it was ok for this short time. We've payed 25€ per bed so the cost/performance is ok :)

the showers are not good, have a timed button and stop, and the light sensor doesnt work while on the shower, so you get on the dark

Fantastic hostel! Friendly staff, clean and great rooms and good location. Only problems were that they didn't give you a bed number so that got a bit confusing in my 8 room dorm. Also the location is a bit weird at night for people traveling alone. Advise take a taxi from the main sites to get back to the hostel after midnight, especially if you are a girl. Apart from those 2 minor issues, definitely recommend it! Also when you try to find it, look for Hostel Downtown!

location was great, as it was just within walking distance of the Termini Station. Rooms clean and spacious . 24 hours reception makes the hostel secure. The accommodation was better than most hostels I've been to.

Four seasons hostel is in downtown rome, 5min walk to the main train, metro and bus station. About 30min walk to the colosseum. We could only check in at 5pm as our room wasn't ready, then had to leave before checkout time because they were doing maintenance. So unfortunately spent more time in the luggage room. Nice big room though with a share bathroom. Good wifi, helpful staff. Small kitchen appliances also. A little far out of the centre but good for a short stay!

Other than the hostel adding a random cot in the middle of the room to add one more person to the 8 person dorm it was a great place. Trashy part of Rome for sure but close to the train that leads just about anywhere.

It was so convenient if you would take a train or shuttle at the train station. Less than 3 minutes walk from the station. Besides, it was clean and with hospitable staff

I stayed for 4 days. One of the worst hostel I stayed in. It was the most inconvenient hostel. I got bug bites all over my arms and had to buy medicine (they refunded me the money though). Only good thing is that its closer to station and has 24hrs food shops around it.

Standard Hostel, basic stuff. Very expensive for the amenities offered, have had better stays elsewhere for the same money. Needs to be less expensive
