wifi didn't work well in lobby and did not work in room (room 100). "lounge area" was super small and pretty dingy.

very helpful staff. really thanks for them

Basically just an average hostel. Nothing particularly nice about it except for proximity to train station. It wasn't bad, just not outstanding...not the kind of place where staff are going out of their way to help you enjoy your time.

Pros: Keycards - that don't work properly Location - close to Termini but on the dodgy end that makes you fear for your life Cons: Staff - unhelpful, no smiles, "here's a free map.. If you need.." Catering facilities - a microwave, fridge, kettle, one butter knife and one plastic fork Beds - tiny bunk beds that you hit your head on Common room - isn't a common room but reception Atmosphere - non existent Wifi - constantly cutting out Don't come here

Would have liked lockers outside the room as day checking out didn't feel comfortable leaving them in storage room as hard to track who owns what bag an easy to get robbed.

The hostel is quite good generally, although the kitchen has no stove or sink, only a microwave and a fridge.

The rooms were very keen and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Staff were nice and accomodating. No kitchen facilities which was a shame. The main door to rooms 501-504 was always broken so then anyone could have entered through there. Bunk beds in 504 were too small so I kept hitting my head

Maggots the size of horses infested all the beds. There was a horrific smell of flip flops in our room. The woman behind the counter was bearded and wore a Metallica t-shirt . There was earwax on all the floors which made it slippery and dangerous. The hostel you could only find by whistling three times in the key of E. Overall excellent stay.

I spent four nights here and I really enjoyed my time. It is about 5 minutes from Termini Train Station which is very convenient; however, due to its close proximity to the train station, the walk to the hostel is very rough at times. The hostel is very big and because of this, the wifi connection was terrible and the bathrooms were disgusting (there are 4 small rooms with a shower and a toilet). The staff was pretty nice and helpful. I would go back if the wifi were better.

Helpful staff and a very convenient luggage storage room if you arrive before check-in hours. There are also vending machines with basic food and drink supplies inside, and even a kitchen if that tickles your fancy. The beds are alright, the pillows are a bit hard but nothing that will prevent sleep.

I went there with my reservation , but didn't have the beds for my reservation.

Is not like in pictures. The apmosphere was boring. Doen not have kitchen, only microwave and refrigerator, for that price you can get other better hostal.

It does not seem like a very good area to be if you are a woman traveling alone, although it is very well located (close to Termini) I did not feel safe walking around. But it is a very good Hostel and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They screwed up our reservation, so they checked us out the second night. But our keys still worked and they left all of our things in the room... Along with all of the new people.
