Recommended for those who want to spent short trip to Rome, the staff is helpful, and open 24 hours, the room

Overall, this was a great place for the price! It's conveniently located near termini. The staff was welcoming, providing many recommendations for food and attractions. However, once street markets close up for the afternoon, there isn't much in that area as far as restaurants or attractions. The area gets a little desolate and there were many lingering homeless persons in the blocks near termini. It didn't seem dangerous, but I was warned to be aware of pick pocketing if walking alone.

I was greeted by a woman wandering the stairwell yelling "GET OUT," in Italian. It was interesting. Other than that the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Close to termini.

This hostel was great. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also amazingly helpful in anything we needed. Great hostel overall.

Didnt have much of an atmosphere, but decent if you just need somewhere to sleep

This hostels location is less than ideal. While it's a short walk to the colosseum the hostel is very close to the train station and as such suffers from the very seedy neighborhood that it's by. The staff is (or at least for me was) pretty much uninterested in the guests. Slow to help but always polite they were adequate. That word "adequate" sums up this hostel perfectly it's clean it works but it's just "meh".

Great venue and a good location. Unfortunately, my hiking pack of an average size did not fit in the lockers. I would recommend getting some that are just a tad larger.

Wasn't what I expected based off of the reviews and pictures. I have stayed in much better hostels in Rome for the same price. Also, Four Seasons really goes far to nickel and dime you, but I suppose that's just business.

Staff were great but there's a few little things that make staying at this place annoying: wifi is bad, no way to dry hands after using bathroom, broken toilet seats, lockers too small to actually fit a suitcase, not enough power points, stupid card system to operate the electricity in the rooms, very loud bunk beds etc. Location is unpleasant but convenient for getting around the city. Not much atmosphere to speak of.

Hostel was nice. Good location (5 mins from main train station). Lockers provided in room. (Need to bring own lock or buy one from staff.) Staff were friendly and welcoming. The only negatives were that the bathroom floor got very wet after anyone had a shower so maybe a shower mat would be a good addition. Also I paid for a 6 bed dorm and the first night there were 7 in the room.
