The stench of stale chip fat and heaven knows what in this place was overwhelming. Everything is extremely dirty. Reception got locked up as soon as I'd checked in so there was no chance to ask about any other facilities than the filthy kitchen. This was a horrible experience. There was dog poo in the hallway, dead flies in kitchen, the water ran brown from taps, everything smelt bad, there is a public toilet inside the hostel, so the outside door is open 24 hours a day. hostel staff were rude and unhelpful and unavailable for most of the time, so we didnt get the chance to complain. but, the actual bedroom was okay.This was a horrible experience.
