It was my 2nd stay at frankel.the location was perfect,near MRT,cheap local food.The room itself was average,ac and water heather works well,also there's a wi-fi and we can use the PC for free.except there's no window and a leak from ac mounting when it rains.after all, Lee was helpful and I'll comeback again in my next visit to singapore.

The hostel is near Kembangan station, just a few stops away from Changi airport station, there is good restaurant downstairs. However, Kembangan is relatively far from those main attraction areas, and have to walk upstairs 2 floor to get to the hostel. We never see the staff, but the owner Lee do leave us his contact for enquires, and he responses to emails. Room wifi works well, the room looks not very nice but it is actually clean. Price matches the service standard. Alright for short stay.
