They work with a deposit method so for almost every service you require from them, you must pay the service price plus a 10 or 20 euros deposit. That is too much. Although you get your money back when you check out, this is not practical. Also, I needed an early check in because my girlfriend was very sick: it costed 20 euros. It almost the price for a full day just to check in something like 5 hours before the expected.

GOOD.. The lady at the desk was very nice and the place was very clean with excellent new style bath/showers. BAD.. No check in till 3 O lock which is very inconvenient for a tired traveler. They charge for sheets (mandatory). They charge for kitchen use, lockers, etc,etc . The 12 bed dorms are too small and overcrowded ergo VERY SMELLY. Valuewise, a disaster. I would recommend the AO hostel down the street. 12 euro rooms and far more user friendly. And a lot closer to the train station.

This hostel was fine, nothing special. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was overpriced, however, for what it was.

It may be cheap but they squeeze out as much extras as they can. Additional 3€ for bedding, fee for lockers, and if you arrive after 23:15 (11:15pm) you must also pay extra (... don't ask me the logic). The rooms are clean, but with as many bunks crammed in as possible- I can imagine it being very unpleasant during hot weather. 'Geizkragen' is the perfect German word haha. But it is close to the train station and sufficient for a place to sleep. Would not recommend for a longer stay.

The hostel had additional fee 3euro. The hostel page wrote in germany. So I didn't expect about that. If I know about that , I will book the other hostel. Also, The hostel staff looks so nervous to guest.
