The room was nice and comfortable, and very clean. However the hallways were dark and creepy, and someone tried to get into our room one night. The staff was very unhelpful and seemed to generally not care. Needs wifi in the rooms! The common room didn't seem very inviting. I felt I was just passing through rather than staying there.

This is a very convenient place to say. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and makes you feel right at home. There was a variety of ages staying at the hostel, and most people were very respectful of space and noise level.

The whole place really could use a coat of paint. With that being said we really liked staying here.

I spent a very nice time in the hostel. Bed were comfy, bathroom big and clean. I could leave guitar and big bag in the locker room for a few days while i wasn't there out of charge. Staff very pleasant - all of them but especially Vanessa and her husband. Breakfast really nice, all u can eat. And the evening pasta was a very good idea since not always i wanted to go out for food.Hostel is located right outside the train station which was very useful for me cause i had to use train quite a lot.

Stayed here in a 6 bed room for one night. VERY close to the train station and great location for walking around during the day. At night, I would imagine the location is quite sketchy as it is located within an active "red light" type area. Also, it was VERY loud all night because guests were loudly partying in the lounge.

It was na OK Hostel...Not the best i have stayed but not the worse either... Breakfast is good..Everything is OLD but very clean... The staff treats you OK but they really don´t make na effort to socialize the guests... So... if you are going there just for the bed.. it is very near the main station ... even though the place doesn´t really feel that safe

We booked 2 nights from the 4th to the 5th, due to a brutal death we unfortunately had to cancel our trip We did it on the 3th (more than 24h before we were supposed to arrive) and as per the terms and conditions we were supposed to be debited for 28,5, BUT we have debited for 59.40... The pretext found was: 1 day before we do not have any possibility to rent the room anymore, I am sorry but in this case, the terms and conditions have to be changed, this can be named as a robbery, it s a shame

Very good experience. It would have been better to have had internet access in the dorms as well, not just in the lounge.

Very bad hostel. Not only was the staff strikingly unfriendly, they would not give me a locker key because I didn't have the 10 Euro deposit in cash (they don't take credit cards for it). The Internet didn't work at all, and the common room was full of sinister figures. I got almost no sleep because one of them- an utterly incosiderate Bulgarian thug who slept naked and snored like a freight train - slept next to me. There are far better hostels in the same area - avoid this one.

We are happy to have been your customers. We did enjoy the short stay at this location. And I world certainly recommend your hostel to the many many tourists who are to come from China. We most enjoy the flexibility in the service you provide for the customers. We do hope to come back and stay again in your hostel in the future. A thousand thanks. Wolfgang Lu from Shanghai, China. And welcome to Shanghai!
