The staff is not thoughtful at all unfortunately. There are only 3 toilets in the floor for more than 30 people. In the morning is just impossible. The hostel is not so clean and the rooms have no space at all. If all the guests are inside the room, you can't move. You need to make your own bed and then, for check out bring your bed sheets along with all your luggage too the reception.

Free pasta dinner and free breakfast the next day was great! Wifi doesn't work in rooms, but everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Location was super. Free breakfast and dinner was above average. The "female" staff were really really nice. I ended up staying two days and made the request via email and they easily sorted that out for me. Their wifi was just pathetic, you literally get logged out every minute (even in the common room area), I had to get up at 6 in the morning so I could send an email and book a train without been constantly logged out. Otherwise, this would be a perfect shelter.

The environment was youthful and busy. It felt like I was in the right place for my age.

It was a short walk from the train station. The room felt a little dirty.

What is great about this hostel is its location and its lobby-bar. It's sufficiently clean, especially the bathroom. The location is perfect (took me 20min to the airport). Great if you are travelling alone because of the lobby, which is like a cute bar.

A warm up atmosphere with a lot of people from all over the world Installed in front of the main train station, you got access everywhere The team is great even it is very busy Room, beds & bathroom were clean & comfortable The breakfast buffet was cool and answer to different taste

The location is obviously the key selling point but other than that, it is relatively average hostel at best. Bed allocation on check in means that you have to use the bed they assign you to which doesn't help if someone else takes your bed. Wifi won't work if more than 2 people are on it and only works in the lobby. The staff should show more enthusiasm too, not the most attentive or friendly in my opinion. Rooms themselves are decent and a great free breakfast are some other positives

Free breakfast was wonderful, and there's a free dinner you can sign up for as well which really lets you get your money's worth!

Really nice and comfortable place to spend some nights in Frankfurt. The bar / common place is always with people and cleaning is done regularly. It is located right next to the train and bus station, near everything in downtown, easy to walk to anywhere.

Absolutely great location but had a problem with the impropriety of some other guests I stayed in a mixed dorm so amd the guy in the bed next to me naked. If i had know that was allowed i would have chosen an all female dorm.
