Great location near the train station and a very good breakfast. However, the bathrooms and rooms are not very clean.

Staff completly ignored me 2 minutes when standing right at the counter and trying to check in; they rather sticked to talking with one another. No introduction, no real welcome. Staff told me to wait to minutes when trying to check out as they were occupied with bookkeeping. When I came back after 3 minutes, they again completly ignored me for another while. Wake up people, it's not only about being cool, some customer service might support a good rating as well. Otherwise the hostel was ok.

wide mixture of people from around the world were gathered here, from far east to south america. it was excellent opportunity to have cold and good €2 beers and chat each other. Every evening there's a free pasta dinner, that's quite cool tradition. Everybody at the reception, bar and rooms are friendly. Excellent location just opposite of central station, walking distance to almost everything. Even for low budget buisnessmen, very good deal while the Messe skyrockets the hotel prices. Clean WCs

The hostel is conveniently located next to the central station and quite near the center. If you want to socialize with youth from other parts of the hostel has a very nice common space. The breakfast is reasonably good. The 6 bed shared room was a little small, with few amenities (chairs, table, etc..), But clean. The bed squeaked a lot, which would wake the other guests. The price is a little high.

Honestly would say was an amazing hostel for the one night I was there i met some amazing people! You are served dinner and breakfast! I highly recommend it, I'd definatly go back there

Great location, beautiful decoration, extremely friendly staff and very organized. You get a free map of frankfurt, breakfast is included and tasty pasta in the afternoon, bar is very nice and cheap plus everybody stays in the public room which is good for meeting people. I really enjoyed my stay!

Frankfurt hostel is 74 steps away from the main station. It's not the most charming neighbourhood, but it's insanely convenient. The breakfast is so good you can skip lunch. Seriously. Great variety of juices, yummi yogurt, nutella, toaster and all. And to make it even better, at night there's free pasta and cheap beer. The bar goes on all night long. What else could you ask? Well, there's one thing: lockers inside the room.

This hostel needs more staff, period. The staff did their best but when you have one staff member on and he is running usual reception check in/questions; cooking pasta for 50 and running the bar - service is going to be slow. Free wi-fi in the common room, a great quality free breakfast, a basic kitchen but you cannot access at dinner time due to the free pasta they do each night. Common room nice with cool vibe but small for the size of the hostel. Unbeatable location!

Really nice hostel. Beautiful old building right near train station and attractions easily accessible by foot or trams pretty much right outside the door. Great bar/common room/kitchen area. I felt very comfortable as a single traveller. Huge rooms and comfortable beds. Thanks for a great stay!

Best hostel showers ever. Everything's spotless, the staff is friendly, and both breakfast and supper are included. The negative thing is that people smoke on the balcony in the common area. Also, don't book a room at this hostel if you have a problem with seeing prostitutes picking up clients in the hostel.

This is a great place for those who want to meet other travelers. Full breakfast and pasta dinner were included in the very reasonable price. But, you must pay 2 euros for a locker as there are no lockers in the room. The dorm rooms were secured with a bathroom as well. Although I was an older traveler, this hostel has a lot of character being on Kaiserstrasse where all the sex shops and the main train station are located.

It's good that the dinner is included! But it is more or less in a first come first serve basis, so you will find nothing to eat if you are late. And the breakfast is also good!

Everything is OK. This is the second time I stay in Frankfurt hostel. Except for smoking area. People is used to smoke in balconies and smoke goes in the common area. I suggest to stick a sign to say something like "If you want to smoke and burn your lungs, respect others and close de door please or smoke in other place".

Staff are very friendly and courteous and they consistently go the extra mile for the guests.The location is excellent-directly across the street from the main train station and only a few minutes walking time to pretty much all the main attractions.

I love this hostel!!!!

A large hostel in a good location, very close to the main train station. Very tasty and filling breakfast. As many others also point out, it would be a good idea to have lockers in dorms; now you can only rent them in the reception. In any case, the hostel is very good value for money, also considering the free pasta dinner they offer at 8 P.M. (you need to sign up for it first, but usually there is some left if you arrive later).

I love this place, and would definitely recommend it. Perfect location -- literally right outside the door of the main train station -- friendly staff, locked and monitored luggage room, locked front door (have to get buzzed into the building; 24-hour reception), spotless bedrooms (keep in mind - no lockers in 4-bed dorm; not sure about the others), free pasta dinner, buffet breakfast AND gummi bears at reception. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good location and good room. It could be better with a little more friendly atmosphere, with nicer staff (which was not always helpfull) and especially if they write on their characteristics that they don't have any working computer to go on line. So, if you don't bring your device with you, you have to pay for it in the internet point in front of the hostel!!! Which is quiet annoying!
