It not really safe in the public area. A British girl lost her iphone for just leaving her table for less than 1 min. Otherwise, it is a cheap hostel with nice breakfast and normal dinner.
Really enjoyed this hostel. The free breakfast is simple but definitely filling. The staff was so nice and tried to help me find ice when I had a sprain ankle. Hard to meet people though since many people are on their phones in the communal area bc you can't get access to wifi anywhere else in the hostel. The location is awesome and as a single, female traveler, I was wary of the area since there were a lot of sketch (homeless) looking people loitering outside but had no issues.
cool place, no wifi in the rooms nice staff and good breakfeast a very nice stay!
Excellent location, just right opposite Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. It's really good that they offer free dinner (simple pasta) and breakfast. Good if you just wanna see the city and stay a few hours for a sleep.
Lovely place with lovely people. Breakfast is a good time to meet fellow travelers, and everyone there was helpful and respectful.
The location is near the train station. Area is sketchy. My backpack was stolen there. Also the room and bathrooms were smelly. Too big to meet people. Overall not a bad place but my experience was bad.
An incredibly good stopover hostel, with a location that can't be beat. The staff were also incredibly helpful, which is always a bonus.
Amazing value for money! Spent what felt like next to nothing for an ensuite dorm room that was so pretty and so clean and had lockers. My stay included breakfast AND pasta for dinner - saved me loads. Great bar and common room and UNREAL location - so close to everything! I would surely recommend this place to anyone going to Frankfurt!
Very nice hostel amazing ambience great joy guys
Really enjoyed the free pasta dinner and the breakfast.

Great location (although the neighborhood is not the nicest but is right next to de central station), good price (includes breakfast and pasta for dinner (if you sign up for it). Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Great location for transport, safe, decent free breakfast. Rooms were adequate but nothing special.
the staff was below par; had to wait over half an hour just to check in.
Great place to stay when needing to be close to the station. Not a nice area of Frankfurt (being near the station)
I had a great time staying at Frankfurt Hostel! The staff was so friendly and helpful especially with the train strike going on. The location was great. Steps from the train and bus stations and safe walking to activities and restaurants as long as you don't turn left too soon into the red light district. They have lots of free events and really help you enjoy the city.
toilets and washrooms in the corridor were often occupied.
Seems pretty safe as entering the building requires pressing the bell and being recognized by the hostel's staff. It is right opposite the main entrance of the central station, where taking trains to different tourist spots are very convenient. The residents there are nice, although the staff is not very helpful.
I get lost fairly easily so the fast that this hostel is the easiest to find means a lot to me! Free breakfast and pasta is another positive. Really nice building and great location.
The staff was friendly, the location was awesome despite the fact that the neighborhood was pretty weird. And I liked the pasta dinner!
