The location was both great and bad considering the drug houses and then how close you are to the main train station. The pasta dinner an walking tour are a bonus. However you don't need more than a day as people normally stay for a night so it's tough to meet people.
Free tour by hostel employee Patrick was great. Biggest drawback of hostel is that the bathrooms are not clean
Really enjoyed the free breakfast - good variety and quality. The free pasta dinner was ok. Location is amazing. They tried to charge me 1 euro for a towel (although the website says towels are included) but gave me it for free after I stood firm. Lockers are 2 euro, and the locks are built-in so you can't use your own. No wifi in the rooms but in the common room/restaurant it is good. And I enjoyed the 'free' walking tour, although a tip is expected (I gave 5 euro, still good value to me).
Great people, very close to the main train station, free breakfast and dinner. Overall a great hostel, the only problem was that in the morning when a lot of people are using the showers they barely work and one time the water just stopped running for about five minutes
Brilliant place, right next to the station and in the heart of the city. It being city obviously the streets outside aren't the safest but you won't be bothered. Free breakfast and dinner both are filing and the reception is a little bar in the evening which has good priced drinks. Bed are comfortable and the toilets clean
No plugs at all in the room from what I could see. The reception/bar was very loud but thankfully the noise was almost cut out in the room. I was just here to sleep rather than to socialise or party but bar looked very lively.
The location of the hostel was fantastic in relation to the train station, however, there was a large congregation of alcoholics and drug users within close proximity to the hostel entrance. They did not confront us but made us feel slightly uncomfortable. We were happy with the buzzer entry system and secure front door on the street. It was sometimes difficult to gain the attention of the staff as they seemed to have more important things to do/people to talk to than guests.
I love the location. Super close to the train station and close to all the sights. It was a pretty popular hostel so there were lots of people in the reception area using the wifi since that's the only place you can get it which is a little annoying. I love that both supper and breakfast was included.
Breakfast ok. Bedrooms ok but I could never open the door, I guess it wasn´t working well. Poor wi-fi connection. They have an elevator which is a very good thing if you are carrying a heavy suitcase. Helpful staff . Great location since it´s near the train station but the neighbourhood is terrible. They offer a free walking tour.
We checked in at 2pm and still had to wait two hours before being given access to our room key. When we got upstairs the room was filthy. Hair all over the beds, dirty sheets. The sheets weren't even folded just thrown onto the beds in a very messy way. The floor and cubpoards were covered in dirt and dust and filth. Just as we though to ourselves 'it will be fine, we'll make do' we saw the bathroom. It was absolutely DISGUSTING! Staff rude and seemed like they did not want to be there or care.
No complaints here. Great hostel, great location. Hot tip: The private twin room above the reception has access to the wifi in the room.

Great location. Bar and reception is 24 hours so that was nice. Defiantly a party hostel. Could hear people all night long.
Generally this hostel is pretty good. The facilities are alright, the ensuite dorms are ok. However: I was unfortunate enough to be sleeping in a bed where the mattress was completely worn through and below me slept a stinking rhino who clearly didn't know one things about personal hygene or being respectful towards your dorm mates. There should be an age limit on people staying in hostels. It was really awful. The breakfast could do with a bit more love.
Was here alone for 1 night and it was pretty good. However there weren't any any curtains and had a bright light shining in which was annoying. FREE DINNER DAILY which was awesome and great atmosphere and facilities. They also have a lift which is awesome for us travellers ;)
Best hostel I have ever stayed at! Serve free breakfast and dinner, nice big clean rooms, really secure and great place to meet people and have a drink. Not to mention it is literally one minute from the station, perfect.
Good except no air conditioning!! I understand this is usually the norm, but I got NO sleep at all. No fans, nothing. I would assume the temperature inside my room was at least 85°F at night. During the day even worse. Beds were pretty squeeky as well.
One probl... No air-conditioning But apartof this the besrone in frankfurt
Great place directly beside the Hbf, excellent choice.
Free dinner and breakfast is amazing, best free hostel breakfast I've had! Make sure to book your dinner ahead of time. Lots of junkies hanging around on the street below, some dodgy characters around- if this worries you then rather stay somewhere else. Good reasonably priced bar inside hostel so isn't necessary to leave if you are unsure about safety outside. Staff were really helpful. Could do with fans/aircon for really hot days! Overall very good hostel :)
