Really friendly place with lots of people and very close (about as close as you can get) to the train station. Great location, very clean, and overall enjoyable to stay!

The reception/lounge area was great, complete with a bar (cheap beer) and free breakfast. Very clean. Staff was great, we stayed only 1 night and our laundry was done well before we had to leave. Our floor only had 2 bathrooms, so there was a wait in the morning. We had a good experience here!

I still believe that this hostel should have one more room that is a "common area" for people who want to talk on the phone and skype. The reception area is a fun, noisy eating and drinking place and then there is the computer room where people are trying to concentrate on their email or google searches. When people bring mobile phones or laptops to talk to people in other locations overseas or to skpe, the computer room becomes extremely noisy. Often people are shouting on the phone!

The location is very good; very close to the central train station and other important tourist sites. The staffs are nice and the atmosphere is good. They also provide free pasta for dinner. Only thing they could change is not to charge money for the lockers and ask also for security for lockers. Other than this, it is a very good place and recommended to all.

Our room was great! We had a twin private room with our own shower and balcony! The check-in process was smooth and they let us store our bags until our room was ready for free! The free breakfast and pasta dinners were good and a way to save money! I really didn't like all the smokers on the balcony of the main area. The place was filled with the smell 90% of the time. When we checked out, they charged us 2€ to store our bags for 2 hours. Astonishing what a place will do to get more out of you.

Staff not exactly very friendly. Rooms were good, but the place seriously needs more showers. Breakfast was very nice.

No wifi in the rooms. Have to pay to store luggage if checking out early. Rooms are ill equipped even for a backpacker. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Just a few steps from the Main Station this place offers breakfast & free pasta at nigths, you can walk to the main attractions from here or just go into the tram and metro station if you're planning on going uptown.

Stayed here a few times. overall would recommend it to other travelers, what might help is a do's and don;ts sheet in several langueges that you intial when you check in, on that list or what you would think is common sense ie. don't talk on your cell phone at 1 am in the dorms, if you are leaving super early, pack the night before, etc, Over all good experience and will be back Cheers

The hostel is on a street right opposite the hostel, very handy if you're transiting. The free breakfast was basic but highly appreciated, and so was pasta dinner. Very impersonal service and when I was there, there was just one girl to handle everything at the reception which is also a bar counter. Check in time is strictly adhered to.

When i asked the staff about how to take ferry in the city.I just got a reponse of "i have never taken the ferry".What kind of services do you expect ? The staff didn't help me to check the info.It 's better for individual travellers to plan all the things since no one can help you.

Rooms were good, stayed in an 8 bed dorm that was a large room with a good amount of space. Had lockers large enough for our backpacks, though you have to pay a small fee for the key. Wifi works only in common area. Appears to be no age limit, so you meet all kinds of people, including the elder gentlemen showing us how to play beer pong. This didn't bother us, though it may be an issue for some people. Location is the best part, as the train station is only a couple hundred meters away.

Loved it. Great location, great staff. Free breakfast and supper! And WiFi. Only downside for me was cleanliness. One of the toilets stopped flushing yet people continued to use it.

The room was so clean and the free food was appreciated. Only wish people couldnt smoke inside.
