The good thing about this hostel is its super close to the Termini. This is a small hostel, which means its really easy to meet people. Also most of the staff is very friendly. Francesco took us to a local bar one night and the blonde haired girl is awesome too. This is a simple hostel with no frills. Wifi worked well. Downside is its in a tourist area (go to trastevere or campo di fiori for drinks and dinner), and there was no 3euro dinner

Fairly basic hostel but reasonably priced. My room was right by the check in desk so was pretty noisy, especially in the morning. Room doors don't automatically lock so you have to rely on the last person in to remember to lock it.

The staff was super nice and accommodating and I really loved them. We couldn't figure out how to make the AC work so the room was hot and stuffy. And the shower had so much mold it was gross! but the location was prime and easy to find, just the hostel costed way too much.

Staff was not friendly at all for the night that I was there, there were power outages in the morning causing the wifi not to work. Good for a one night stay but I wouldnt recommend more then that

Kitchen was nice. Staff were nice, but did not go out of their way. A good location -- close to Termini station. Overall, a really nice hostel -- pretty much what you would expect.

I had a very pleasant stay here. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. All of the staff was warm and welcoming, and the hostel is located an ideal distance from the train station. I would highly recommend this hostel.

You cant stay your room from 10 a.m. to 3p.m. Hall close at 11p.m. Thats uncomfortable. Another thing was good. Location is quite near to Termini station. So If you have heavy luggage, this hostel is good. But not so close from the tour spot. But if you re used to walking, it will be okay.

This hostel had everything that we needed along with helpful and friendly staff. There were no lockers in the rooms to lock stuff in during the day, and the daily luggage storage was not particularily secure. Otherwise a great experience!

it's a cheap place to sleep near to the train station, do not expect nothing more! even the common area closes so this is not the most friendly place to meet people.

Only a short walk from the train station, reception staff were really friendly. We stayed one of the nights they held a pizza party was on which was good and were given wine too.

It's a little cramped for common spaces to hang out, but the wifi accessibility throughout the building was extremely convenient.

This hostel wasn't worth 20 euro for a night. The kitchen facilities were rather dirty ; the breakfast terrible - a limited number of packaged crossiants and watery coffee -; the bathrooms were filthy and I couldn't unlock the door in one of them to get out until struggling with the key for about a minute; the beds are uncomfortable; and unfortunately, the staff, although nice enough, were rather unhelpful and flippant.

Really good hostel! Common areas aren't too big so it's a little hard to meet people, but it was very nice! :)

Very pleased with my stay at Freedom Traveller. The directions were clear so it was easy enough to find. The staff were friendly and everything was very clean. Thought the pizza party on the Monday night was really good as gave me the opportunity to meet other travellers and you get free pizza and free wine!
