Really good value for the money. Excellent location and very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful and knew all of the places we were trying to find. It could have been a bit more clean but we had hot showers every day so really can't complain. The free WiFi didn't work on my computer but there was a computer with internet and printing abilities in the lobby. The computer was nearly always free so no long wait periods. The hostel also gave us FREE pizza and wine on the first night!!

The hostel was really good, excellent location. The only bad thing as the showers- I stayed a week and only got two warm showers the entire time... Apart from the showers and one annoying staff member (the rest were fantastic) the place was great.

Great hostel really friendly staff, sociable atmosphere, and cheap food! 3€ pasta every night (including a glass of wine) and FREE pizza and wine every Thursday! Quite expensive but cheap food really helps keep you on budget. 5 mins from Rome termini and 20 mins to forum, colosseum etc. good supemarket round the corner for cheap beer! Great place to stay!

On the whole a pleasant stay. I had booked for 3 nights but had to change my room after the first because they didn\'t have enough rooms, and there was a 2 Euro per night room tax (I thought it was included in the price.) The staff could have been friendlier, as some seemed like they were totally bored and didn\'t want to be there. On the plus, the people I met there were amazing, the beds were clean and fairly comfortable, and there was hot water and decent wifi.

Everything in Freedom Traveller is made to enjoy your stay. There is nothing "poor" in this accomodation. The best is the "location" and the "value for money". I have to add that guys of the staff are very kind and can help you if you need. Really a good choice !!

Good hostel. Staff was kinda crabby. You can walk everywhere important from it but it's about an hour plus. We enjoyed our stay

This hostel was ok, quite small and staff were not very friendly at all. Kitchen facilities were good, fridge was really dirt. They did offer computers and wifi which was good and perfect location. Close to termini and walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc. Bedrooms were clean except there was black mold all in the washroom, showers did stay nice and hot though and the lockers were ok as well. Like the pizza and wine across the street. Would stay again.

I stayed here for one night to catch my flight back to US the next morning. The location is great if your main concern is the Termini. The room and bathroom are sufficiently equipped. The hostel is close to Piazza di Repubblica, and don\'t forget to visit the nearby church Santa Maria della Vittorio which houses Bernini\'s beautiful sculpture Ecstasy of St Theresa.

i stayed with them for 4 days and they kicked me out everyday from 10am till 3pm to do cleaning so they say but our bathrooms were never cleaned and the lady came in a 8am every morning and started clean ing our room and making our beds while there was all 4 of us still sleeping. the front desk staff were nice, but i will bnever stay with these guys again and i dont recomend them

The staff is very nice and there\'s free wifi. Very close to the train station. You can get two euro pizza across the street (they work with the hostel) but it tastes disgusting, so eat out.

I stayed in a room near the reception area. The room was clean and spacious for a 4 person shared space. My only complain would have to be that there is a lot of noise in the morning that comes from the reception and breakfast area. Point, it is hard to sleep in past 7 a.m. I would also recommend providig cereal for breakfast. A croissant and coffee just doesn\'t cut it. Other than this, my experience was great.

Nice place for a few nights in Rome. Very centrally located but far enough off the main street to avoid any late-night street noise. The staff was mixed quality though. The first guy I checked in with was really nice and gave wine to everyone hanging out in the lobby. The lady the next evening was rude and didn't know how to work the stove when I was having problems, she said she would help and then just hid behind the desk. Also the kitchen is TINY but functional.

The location was great and the room was nice and clean. Kitchen was kind of sketchy, but great stay for one night. The one receptionist we had, however, was unhelpful and unsmiling so don't expect a cheerful welcome...But if you need a one night stay, good deal!
