Will deserves a raise! We arrived and he checked us in and showed us to our room. He noticed the beds were not clean and proceeded to change the linens for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner, for travelers on a budget it makes a big difference. And it was also a nice opportunity to talk to other guests. All in all, a 10/10. Only thing I would mention is the lack of secure luggage lockers, but we did not have a problem.Will deserves a raise! Very nice location. You can have the free internet. The staff is very nice too! If you are staying close to the reception, it is convenient but might be a little noisy. Loved the pasta meal with everyone at the end of the day! On the whole staff were really knowledgeable and helpful, apart from one sulky male receptionist who needs to get an attitude adjustment. Pretty much what you'd want for a chill, cheap weekend in Rome. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Stayed in a private with a friend and found it very comfortable. The breakfast is decent and the dinner every night is totally beyond what you'd expect--good pasta, lots of nice people to talk to, both guests and staff. The bathroom we had wasn't great, but that's the only negative I can think of. Free internet, free breakfast AND dinner AND a serving of wine or beer. We were in a building separate from the main one, around the corner in a private 4 bed room which was clean, as was the bathroom and kitchen. Dinner is a great place to meet people or just hang out outside in the back courtyard. Extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast and free pasta at night. It's close to the Termini station. Only thing is it's a bit cramped at meal times as the common room isn't big (though there's a coutyard if it's not raining).
