Have to be the first one to use the bathroom. Otherwise, the others will use up the hot water and need to suffer the freezing cold water during bathing. The lighting in the kitchen was too dim. The staff is very kind and helpful. Overall, this hostel is more than just good. It is worth staying here as a budget hostel.

Personally, there were two wonderful women who worked at the hostel who were exceptionally nice. Everyone else had an attitude and spoke down to you. I only spent two nights there and within those two nights we had another person come into the room directly after someone else and they did not change the sheets, another girls bed snapped in pieces and we had a flood. We were treated very poorly through each event. I loved people in the hostel, but there was a very bad reception from others.

The price on this website does not include tax. They add another 2 euros per night for tax.

I recommed It.The good things: Perfect location near train station, excellent security. The staff was very friendly and always helpfull. The bad things: the breakfast was very poor, just a croissaint (a few days old) but the good thing is that they have a free coffee machine. I didnt like the atmosphere of the place.

You have to know that they not always have hot water, and that you have to leave your room from 10:30 to 15:00 becose they "clean" the room, you cant use the kitchen before 23:00 or the jardin before 22:00. There are only 2 nice receptionist, Good luck..you will need it!

We choose this hostel for our 10 day stay as it was one of the only ones we could find with a kitchen. The staff were really friendly and knowledgable, offered to move us to the main building so we would be closer to the kitchen as we were in the private rooms in the building around the corner. Great location so close to the main train station.

The worst hostel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in some pretty average ones over the years. Absolutely no character inside the hostel and not a lot of information to help travellers in the city. Rooms were awful. Mine had an ensuite inside which had a constantly wet floor due to the terrible condition of the shower. When bathroom light was on it lit up the whole room. Beds uncomfortable/broken. Tiny lockers. The 3 euro meal offer is a complete joke. Staff friendly but not overly helpful.

the breakfast was... unexistant : a coffe machine which work badly, and wraped dried croissant the staff was nice, the location not in the funniest part of the city, it was pretty quiet

We were in a separate building. People were running along the corridor all nights and even screaming and laughing very late. The room wasn't clean and the bed wasn't even made. Breakfast was so poor that we just have it one day and hot water didn't work one day. There is one positive thing because the hostel is very closed to termini station. Definitely the worst hostelworld I've ever been.
