It's ok, didn't realise our room would be out of the main building so wasn't really able to mix with people well. Bit expensive.
The location of the hostel is excellent, so one can see all the attractive items from here by walk. the roma Termini station and bus station for airport are only 5 mins by walking. The staffs are very nice and I really enjoy my stay here . The rooms are spacious and toilets are clean. I never use the kitchen. Overall this is very good place to stay.

Amazing staff - cool vibes and young/fun clientele. Could be cleaner (kitchen area, rooms), but it is good value for what you pay. Great location 15 minute easy walk right to the Colleseum. Helpful staff gives this place a bonus. Would most likely return. :)
Enjoyed my stay! Lockers would be a nice addition...
The place was ok but the staff was extremelly slow. It took 20 minutes to check in ...I was the second person to check in ...they were complaining how they are tired ..... . They can't multitask ... And they move like snails....And i heard one of them explaining everything to a person on the map ...meanwhile you have 4 people waiting to check in ... Slowest people everrrrr
This was a very nice hostel with friendly staff, clean rooms and a really central location! Would definitely stay here again!
It was a nice place, probably i would have like to pay a little bit less, but overall it was pretty good place to spent a night
Great location for both getting to on arrival/leaving and exploring the city. Staff were excellent; accommodating, friendly, great for advice, local knowledge etc. The room was exactly as described, quiet, although the safe was broken, and very clean. Easy to speak to other travellers and spaghetti and pizza nights on for socials if you wanted, breakfast also was included. Overall a great hostel and excellent base for really exploring the city.

Great place to stay in Rome, 2 minute walk from the station and if you don't mind walking then you can see all the sights of Rome by foot! All staff friendly and willing to help especially one lady who's name I can't remember! Free Breakfast is good! Rooms are spacious, only annoying thing is the lock out from 10-3 everyday! Not the biggest party atmosphere so if you want a chilled out place to stay then its good!
This place is a place to sleep and that is it. Plus the washroom is filled with mold, it was disgusting. They screwed up our booking as well. Would not recommend staying here at all.
Not a good hostel for meeting ppl, nice garden but it closes at 10pm.
Great kitchen, decent beds. Avoid the top bunk if you can, they're less comfy. The doors here are super loud and rather confusing, but they work and the security is good. The outlets are also a bit hit and miss. Nice hostel, fine atmosphere and good internet speed. Friendly to older travelers. I'd stay here again
Clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen (even if the burners are a little sketchy). Facilities were functional if a little off sometimes, I had to prop up my charger for my computer with my bag to keep it working. Most of the staff are very friendly and speak good English. I would definitely stay here again!
The hostel was really nice. Very well localized, only a short walk to Termini. The rooms were cleaned every day but the breakfast was not so great and was a little bit noisy during the night. They always organized some nice events to.gathered the guests together, although I couldn't join any. The staff was ok, but Francesco was great! Always helpful and with relly good tips about Rome, besides speaks a really good Portuguese. Overall was really nice staying there!
I had a great time at this hostel. The girl at the front desk who checked me in showed me all the BEST (not touristy) places to get great Italian food (gelato, pizza, tiramisu, ect). The staff was really nice and always willing to help. The beds were OK and air conditioning isn't that great. The room I stayed in was on the first floor which was awesome and a large room (shared w/ 3 other girls) but the voices from the kitchen totally travel in. It is also close to an awesome park!
Overall my stay was good. However, the bathrooms were pretty dirty. The floors were very dirty and there always seemed to be a collection of water on the floor. In addition, the door and gate that leads to the hostel are rarely shut, which seems to be an issue. I think that these doors should be shut, which would keep the hostel more secure. I did appreciate though that there were croissants in the morning when I had an early check-out!
I had a great time at the Freedom Traveller. A really clean, central hostel with exceptionally spacious rooms. A really nice little outdoor garden area to sit in the evenings and meet some fellow travellers. Free pizza night with free wine. Winning! The staff were great too (I have a crush on Barbara! :D ) Highly recommended.
The room on the first floor close to the reception was very very very noisy in the evenings and early mornings...
Great hostel! I will say it is hard to find but it is so close to 2 metro stops (one of which is termini so its very close to airport shuttles, ect). At first I thought it wasn't a great location but then I realized its only 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain.. and the metro access means you can go anywhere! Good for meeting people and has free breakfast. Nice grocery across the street for beer and other things. Also - GREAT staff!! So nice and accommodating!
