Brilliant Hostel, lots of things to do, great backyard for breakfast under palm trees, the pool and lobby / lounge area are great as well and the rooms / beds were very clean, comfortable and large. Not that you would spend a lot of time there anyway, the beach is one block away, walking to the center of South Beach takes about 20min, a cab is faster and still cheap. Only negative? No alcohol in the garden / backyard. Unless they sell it to you. That's just lame. It's Miami, let people drink!

Had been traveling for 3 months and this is without a doubt the best hostel. I would really recommend it. You only have 2 min walk to the beach (with beautiful sun rises). A lot of buses does also stop almost infront of the hostel. The breakfast is good (compared to usually standard). The rooms and bed (even 8 person doorms) are the most amazing I ever have seen. Stay here.

I no longer needed to stay there and canceled my reservation ahead of time. I spoke to someone at the front desk who confirmed the cancellation however my debit card was still charged. The hotel had to reverse the charge and I still have yet to be refunded. This negligence on the hotels part caused me hardship during my travels. Now I have a very poor taste in my mouth and will not stay there in the future.

I love the artistic style and the hostel itself. The thing I didn't like is that some of the staff is a bit lost and some other is a bit rude. Not good that it is like in middle beach, so it's far from the best part (south beach) if you are not by car or bicycle. Amazing that they have two bathrooms for room. Awesome the yard with the pool, chilling area and bar. Awesome the breakfast.

the power outlet was far from my bed so i didnt charge my cel phone at night. breakfast was not the best but im vegan. they have an awesome bar downstairs in the back yard for socializing. the public bus makes it very easy to get to south beach from here.

The best hostel in Miami , simple as that. I had stayed before in other hostels, but this has no comparison, much more relaxed , not in the middle of the south beach caos , it has a really nice pool , a big patio with ping pong tables, where you can relax the dorms are awesome for a hostel, with outlets in every bed , individual light .. and the beds are very comfortable. They include a breakfast for free that is quite good for being free. The problem is to find a place for parking your car..

First 5 nights I slept in room 312. Very nice and neat, espacially beds were awesome. Only disturbance came from traffic noise in the morning. Very good price-quality-rate. Last two nights I slept with my girlfriend in room 216. Room was very nice ond comfortble, especially bed was way beyond awesome. But I have to say, that I was very disappointed by the noise from backyard, stairway and hall, which was compeletely intolerable. The room price didn't correlate with sleeping quality at all.

Less a hostel than an island crowded with refugees (including people with kids & the middle aged cruise ship crowd) crammed together by the surrounding barrier of the high price of sleeping in M Beach. Like a factory (for printing money for the owners) you will line up & wait for everything (reception, breakfast). If your roomys all go to sleep at 8pm, there's no communal space that's not a darkened party area. Staff are disinterested / rude, it's really expensive & poor value - the norm in MB!

Bring a lock with you for the lockers, there is a subway just one block away and a supermarket so you can buy the things you need, they have rent service for beach towels, the music is on until 2 and that's reasonable, the bar is cool I heard it has history and the bartenders are great, miami people come there to have a drink so that gives you the opportunity to meet people of the place.

Not the cheapest but a nice place to stay. However, it's not really a hostel, rather a hotel with shared bedrooms, not the usual backpacking crowd but many hipsters/people on regular vacation. I loved the garden; it sucked though being asked by an unfriendly waitress to purchase a §13 drink to stay there at night. Plumming could be improved. Finally, the lobby got crowded with bar guests on several occasions so it was almost impossible to sleep in the prviate rooms on level 1 due to noise.

Amazing hipster hostel, cool to hang out in cosy backyard! Only bad thing is that they do not have a kitchen or laundry facilities.
