Great hostel in the old Dubrovnik. To be recommended !

the staff were really lovely, the breakfast was dreamy, and the communal area is lush! The only thing that let fresh sheets down was the quality of the bathroom. the shower head was barley attached to the wall and the bathroom was generally a bit run down. i would stay here again though. cheers!

Nice hostel in the old town. Hope you like stairs because they are quite a few to go there. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Common room has the good size, not too big not too small, so if you want to meet others travellers it's really easy.

Very friendly hostel staff and a good place to meet people. You can leave your bags in the hostel after you've checked out & the staff were happy to lock my laptop away in a cupboard. Only 5 mins walk from centre of old town and the directions provided on the website helped me to find the hostel easily when I arrived. As with most places in the old town, there are a lot of steps to reach this place - I was happy to have brought a backpack instead of a big suitcase!

The four bed room on the top floor was excellent – single beds, plenty of space and light. Fun and friendly staff. You can meet other travellers in the common room downstairs. It’s a hard place to find but the instructions on the site are excellent.

The hostel was a little hard to find at first, but once you figure out where it is, then it was not a problem to find anymore. As it was located inside the walls, everything was in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and gave a lot of advice of what to do. The only things that I noticed was that there was no air conditioning in the room I stayed in so it was a little warm at times and that the floor of the shower would not drain properly. Otherwise, I had an enjoyable stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Location was excellent and really easy to meet fellow travellers. Staff were very friendly and dorms nice as well.

Great location inside the old town, and met some good people there. Expensive, but this is a Dubrovnik thing in general!

The staff were really great, Kat and Marija plus the owner Sanja were all very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The one girl who checked us in though could have been more helpful. Other than that the place was exceptionally clean, really well located right in the Old Town, and they had lots of information about what restaurants to eat at and what to see. Easy enough to meet people as well. Definitely recommend Fresh Sheets!

Awesome staff here who make you feel really welcome - especially Kat! Beautiful location and a good, but relaxed happy hour. Only downside would be a distinct lack of proper cooking facilities but that didn't bother me as plenty of cheap places nearby to eat out.

I really enjoyed my stay at fresh*sheets. The owners, Sanja and Jon, love running the hostel and it shows. Sanja brought freshly baked goodies in for breakfast every day, still warm from the oven. Jon likes nothing more than starting happy hour early and letting it run late so everyone can enjoy cheap beer whilst swapping stories. Their attitude carries over to their staff, who are awesome. Kat and Marija were chatty, helpful and friendly, even if Kat's taste in music is questionable ;)

Fresh sheets were extremely accommodating to me and my 6 friends. The staff were excellent and happy to help in any way they could. This hostel was top value for money in an amazing city. Thank you Fresh Sheets

Great place to stay in the heart of old town Dubrovnik ... Staff is very helpful and social with the guests, and they even bring by freshly-made goods for breakfast. Thanks, Maria, for your hospitality!

What a fantastic hostel, especially the staff and Sanja. from the moment we arrived till the time we left, nothing was ever too much trouble. We loved the warm welcome and home made breakfast pastries and our private apartment managed by Vitcka a short walk away. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. Well done and thanks!
