Run by one guy, he is very friendly and is able to recommend places to eat, and easiest ways to see the sights (train lines/stops etc)

If you want to meet people and socialize this isn't the hostel for it. Rooms get very hot, location is about 15minute walk from the colosseum in not the nicest area of Rome. Served its purpose for the 4 nights we spent there just using it as a base.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hostel. Victor and his Chinese friend are so kind, friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help and do something good for you. It was very hot outside but we didn't feel it because of the air-conditioner. Very clean and comfortable hostel with perfect location.

So close to termini railwaystation, excellent for interrail! 30 min walk to Colosseum, 50 min to vatican, so be prepared for a lot of walking. So friendly staff, they help you with everything! Breakfast is a desertcrossaint and coffee/juice. No lockers in room, and i think the standard of the room varies, i think we were lucky to get the one room with aircon! Good to meet people, a bit mesay kitchen but everyone greeted you hello:)

Although it is far away from the Vatican and some other attractions, it is really near Roma Termini. The owner is the go to guy if you want information on where to eat and to know a little more about the city. He doesn't speak english very well but make the effort to understand him and you won't be disappointed. The rest of the staff is fluent in english. Great value for money.

We were 5 people in a private room and it was good, it had a bathroom and air conditioner, and they even gave us free towels and soap samples. They also tidied the room during our stay, which we didn't expect! We had keys to our room so we didn't have to worry, and at the end of our stay they kept our baggage for many hours while we went sightseeing. We checked in late and he was very kind, so thank you for being so nice to us, we felt very comfortable at the hostel. Grazie mille, a la prossima!

Dirty, few bathrooms, besides the front entrance, there is zero security once inside the hostel. The location is alright but if you have any other options take them. I was asked to move rooms after one night because everyone else was checking out, yet the next morning the family of the owner were had into the room I was originally in. Wifi is intermittent if it works at all and the "breakfast" is across the street and you get a small cup of coffee and very small croissant.
