Bad part of town, no lockers, no luggage room. Completely lacking the typical friendly hostel atmosphere.

The photos from the hostel at the website aren't similar at all with the reality. Only the bathroom is ok. The security is so so poor, you will not even have a key from you room. The staff is barely speak English. The area near Termini is full of homeless people. It's better pay 2 euros more, than to stay at this hostel in these conditions.

I showed up here, the guy at the front desk found out I was leaving the next day so he moved me to a different hostel closer to the train station. That hostel I was moved to was very nice, brand new looking, Great value, sadly don't remember it's name so this review is basically useless.

It was a nice place to stay, lost my first night but they fixed soon when I arrived. Just the guy working in the morning was kind of rude, but outside there, nice roons, great beds, many facilities to know the city, and you can know nice people, a good place to stay even when you're traveling alone.

The location near Termini station and reasonable price are pros of "Romangelo Hostel(A.K.A Friend House)". Meanwhile, cons of this hostel is its week security system and poor English of reception clerks. Well, actually nothing bad happened during my stay, though, I was so anxious concerning its security. (it is because main door which should be shut always was in fact opened in many times.) Accomodation level of this hostel seems to be average level above all those hostels.
