They do not only give you a bed, they serve you the city!

They recommend people to go to bars and restaurants that they own or they get commission from. Staff not helpful at all.

Great and cheap hostel, but it`s a little bit cold in the winter in some rooms.

Great staff, great info about the city, takes you in as a friend, not a tourist. left the hostel with a christmas gift from the staff. Do not accept christmas gifts from the staff. it will most likely be that horrible local alcohol called Balzam(?). One girl was kinda rude though. But she had her reasons. One of our group members sends his sincere apologies. Hope they replace the leaving staff members with just as cool new people! Yiiieeeeeesss little ones...

Famous Franks is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. It has everything you need, with helpful staff and a good location. Also look at the price- wow.

Travelling through Europe I have not ever seen so extremely kind staff. Ladies at reception are ready to assist much more than possible.

Could install hooks in shower rooms or put chairs / benches for us to put out toiletries and towels. Additionally, shower space could be larger, too small. However, rooms were wide and spacious, beds and linen were clean. Should install lockers in the rooms though.

Excellent hostel apart from one thing...the clear biased to large groups of drunken males on stags/birthdays. Hostel was a sausagefest of idiotic Brits who flew over from the weekend. Not really a place to stay for the solo traveller.

Clean, very nice place , great location and great staff. Free shampagne-- it's amazing after long trip! Thanks for all!!!!!

Great hostel. Staff were fantastic and very willing to help with anything. Nice place to relax or cut loose. Will definitely stay again.

seriously one of the best places ive stayed.......in the WORLD. they didnt know this while i was here, but im a travel writer and have spent tons of time in their social area on my computer...leading most of them to thinking im a complete nerd. i have spent loads of time on my computer and friendly franks' hospitality and kindness has been nothing short of amazing. clean, fresh, activities galore, etc....it is superb. and seriously, frank, what an amazing staff you have! incredible!
