very good location near a street with a lot of action at night. Great roof terrace to chat with your mates.free coffee or tea. Rooms are very basic and small , just enough space in the room for the bed. rooms are smelly and you really need a fan to put the smell away. try to take a room with a window if you can to have some fresh air. toilets and shower are very clean. staff is helpfull with information. i found the price 690PHP for a single room with fan to much for what it is.
