The hostel has a fun look to it. The computer they provide with internet worked well. The location is prime, just around the corner from the Cathedral. Staff was helpful although some weren't particularly talkative. If you're planning to spend time in the hostel this may not be the best place but for a bed to sleep in close to the action of the city, it's perfect. Easy walking distance to the tram line also and I had no problems finding it at all.The hostel has a fun look to it. The computer they provide with internet worked well. The hostel was very nice and very clean. The location was excellent and most of the staff was nice. I am very happy with the hostel. We didn't have a door or key, but a spiral staircase. Everything was secure, and lock boxes were available for no charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves. The man working at night is very nice. The girl who workis during the day has a strange character - can be nice and also can be rude.
I was in a room with no door ¿? up in a sort of third floor. The bathroom was in the second floor, and there was only one, which did NOT work. So, you had to go to the first floor, where there were two bathrooms.

Overall, it was an ok hostel. Breakfast was not very consistent, sometimes there was food and sometimes not. Internet did not work at all except the bitchy receptionist always seemed to be on facebook. The tour and pub crawl advertised throughout the hostel which was a company called my urban tours, was really really good. That was the only way we met people and those people were from 8 other hostels. But the staff need work. None of them really spoke english and weren\'t nice nor helpful.Overall, it was an ok hostel. Very good location, the staff wasn't the most helpful and sent us to the wrong bus station when we were leaving for Madrid. The rooftop was cool.
