No lockers in our room. In the dorm there are trunks but not secured as can be removed. Staff amazingly helpful - really want you to have a good time. Small place, not much atmosphere but within walking distance of washington ave (best place to get a drink), we stayed in the room of 2 doubles (jsut attached to the dorm - ask about it!). No laundry facilities available. Its very homely and feels like your living with a family/ in someones house. Not a party hostel.

The hostel is in a good neighborhood. Downtown dowb the street from the police station, park, and a skyline view of downtown. The hostel itself is like staying in a relative's old house. Six people share a bath. The itself it old and smells old

Could do with a new bed on one of the bunks plus the rooms are open to everyone so not the securist in the world. It's a bit of a trek to town and the area has a awkward feel to it but we had no problems. The staff are EXCELLENT and couldn't have been more helpful with maps and discount vouchers for the local area. The hosts is very homey and cosey. Stayed with some very chilled out people. Would recommend only if you don't mind lots of walking!

The owners are super-friendly, and she remembered from a year ago that I liked to have a room with a kitchenette. :)

Leah and Danny are amazing. Leah is so warm, positive and encouraging. We had inspiring and uplifting conversations. I loved loved the cozy, homey, and tranquil vibe of the hostel. I would come back just for the hostel, because I didn't like the city so much. Go here!

Not so much a hostel as living in part of someone's private property, it nonetheless was very nice to stay in. Good internet connection and free to use PC were ideal and there's also a small but well equipped kitchen. Not a bad location but a lot better if you have a car (as is the case for all of Houston unfortunately).

This hostel was super cute, in a neighbourhood only 15minutes walk from down town. The private rooms are like little cabins. Shared bathroom was really clean. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Great place for a night or two

If you're looking for a party hostel, not so much. But the self contained rooms are lovely, and the people were amazing, especially with directions and suggestions on where to go.

THIS IS A VERY NICE AND COZY HOSTEL, IT IS A PLACE WHERE EVERY CUSTOMER IS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE OWNERS, WHO ARE VERY HELPFUL, KIND AND REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE MAKING THEM FEEL LIKE AT HOME AND KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT THE BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY. STAYING IN THIS HOSTEL WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND A WAY TO ACQUIRE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT HUMAN RELATIONS ARE..

The hostel was better than expected. Clean linen and clean toilets. The rooms were just right. And Leah and any are very very kind hosts. If I'm in Houston again, no second guessing where I will be staying.
