This hostel is perfectly located if you are in transit or spending little time in Bucharest, it's very close to the train station and has a good number of shops in the vicinity. If you plan on spending more time in the city though it is a bit far removed from the nightlife and main sightseeing spots.

It was not possible to lock the door of the room, and although it was possible to use the lockers, security feeling was not very high.

Staff and atmosphere where brilliant. Good facilities, very good wifi and even had access to a computer and projector so we could watch our own films.

Walking distance from the train station, friendly staff, but the rooms are small, couldnt find a place to put my bag as the floor was covered by other travellers' stuff. On foot, it is at 45-50 minute distance from the old town . The kitchen and the common room were in the basement, which wasnt convenient and cosy

Lovely Hostel, located 2 mins walk from the Military museum, which happens to be exceptional even if your not particularly interested in war related material. The hostel itself is a great place to chill, situated in a calming historical environment, it boasts clean, well kept bathrooms and dorms, along with a great lounge & kitchen, perfect for socialising. The facilities are good & the staff themselves are friendly and charming, willing to help wherever they can.I do indeed recommend this place!

Amazing hostel really enjoyed my stay here. The owner has a real passion for the city which is fantastic to see and told me all the hot sights to see. Which none of were disappointing. In a good location with a beautiful scenic walk along the river to the city center. really recommend this palace to stay!

Really great hostel!! Located very close to the train station (which is nice if you arrive as a backpacker), the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (even helped us with our laundry) and all the facilities are nice and clean. Very welcoming atmosphere and perfect Value-for-Money. Would definitely recommend! :)

Simply a great Hostel. Facilities are amazing, the staff is nice and helpful, it's right in the middle of the city, what more could you ask for?

The staff were really friendly, but besides that the hostel wasn't my favorite. The common area was recently turned into an extra dorm so there was only one small place to socialize in the basement kitchen. Also the location is a bit too far from town.

The hostel is fine - little more. Staff were kind and helpful when we arrived at a very inhospitable early hour. The upstairs bathroom was gross and didn't even have a lock in the door but downstairs they were much better and always clean with locks! When we arrived back at the hostel after being out for the day our things had been moved by the staff to another room which we found strange and impolite, and we were told that breakfast was included but no trace of anything except coffee was seen.

Excellent if you want to be near the train station, it's a bit of a walk into town though. There are buses in. Lockers in room, lots of bathrooms, and a few different hang out areas that are really nice.

We did only stay one night but seriously this hostel was so beautiful.Firstly very clean and tidy also hostel receptionist so helpful against guest. However despite hostel location is nearly gare de nord, street some dangerous but just night after at 9-10.Finally If you would go to bucharest and would search a hostel for stay,I think your prefer should be this hostel.

The hostel is located in a very good spot if you are taking the train. The city again is a little bit far. It's about a 30 minutes walk away.
