I loved this hostel. It was so friendly and welcoming. The staff was very helpful. I loved the set up as well, it was very homey. My only complaint was the lack of stoves. It limits you to what kind of meals you can fix. Other than that, I was 100% satisfied.

Worst expérience in a hostel ever, so bad I loves out after the first night. Despite its good location, the staff is unwelcoming and does not do its job in promoting a Nice and respectful atmosphere. They charge you 250 rubles for the 'registration' with Russian authorities, while in a 4-star hotel it is less than 200. By any principle this is wrong. Very noisy place, again because the staff does not care. TV is at full volume all day. Avoid this dreadful place all costs!

Well, what can we say?! It's the worst review ever! But let's be honest, some people are never satisfied with anything! The dorm that you booked was full of travelers. You can't always expect quietness and silence if you book a 6 bed dorm room, can you? You also write that our staff didn't care, but you never mentioned that for the price of dorm we let you sleep in the private single room. Maybe registration in the 4 star hotel is 1 Euro cheaper, but how much more will you pay for the room? You can't expect 4 star hotel room when you book 6 bed dorm in the hostel, but if you do - probably you'll be disappointed and call a good place dreadful!
