George was very helpful. Awesome staff. Perfect location.

Very disappointing! The website claims a 24 hour reception, but there isn't actually a reception at all. If you need assistance you have to call or email the owners for them to come to the hostel. The wifi was absolutely hopeless. To do anything at all you had to stand right by the front door, and even then it hardly worked. Don't advertise a service that you don't actually provide. Cleaner picked our towels up off floor and hung them up instead of giving clean ones! Worst accommodation so far!

Hostel was difficult to find as it was called something else from outside. Wifi didn't work well. No kitchen facilities except fridge and microwave. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Comfy beds.

Absolutely fantastic stay, very welcoming, organised, clean, and secure. Couldn't have asked for better and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Rome.

Dirty street right next to Termini. No hostel but hotel (!). Very basic.

The owner of the place was very helpful. He told us where to go for dinner, drinks and night life. They had an emergency phone to contact them in case something happened. He was so nice, he even let us have a poncho to cover from the rain.

The stuff was nice, but it is not a Hostel, is more like a bed

We had a terrible experience with this hostel. They were very helpful at giving us places to go in town. However, they were awful to us. We were yelled at, scolded, and accosted when we tried to ask for help on the air conditioning. The air conditioning was broken.

A/c wasn't working. Made sleeping terrible

So easy to get to from Train station, everything I available nearby, great helpful staff.

Great location and the owner was very nice. the only problem is that the keys for the front door needs to be changed and the building manager had to come to open the door for us

Close to termini station. Double bed room, was small. Common room facilities are near non-existent. No atmosphere. No reception, therefore had to call reception when arrived. This place is more likened to a bed and breakfast...

It was a really nice hostel, we felt welcome and enjoyed our stay.

The staff suggested amazing places to eat all over the city and other places to visit besides the main attractions.

Good location, close to to train station. Helpful staff. Good value for the money in Rome.
