Friendship Palace Reviews

The room seemed clean, bedsheets were especially clean. The sink did not drain well, but probably just because it was an old building. Also, the room had a weird smell, like bacon (?) that went away when the window was open. I also think this was due to the age fo the building. Also, it looked like Friendship Palace and Hotel beaustiful are the same place, which confused me a lot at first (I ahd trouble finding my room). Despit the drain and smell issues, I would stay here again.

I truly enjoyed staying here especially my conversations with an excellent employee, Md Salahuddin Bhuiyan. This place provided excellent service, is conveniently located, very clean and a truly amazing staff.

Water of shower is not hot enough.

First of all the place doesn't look anything like the picture, second they have my reservation for over a month and when we arrive they doesn't have a place for us so they relocated us in other hostel far (more than 4 blocks) from the train station, third the room we reserved was ensuited but they give us one with shared facilities and they don't have lockers to keep our stuff and finally they promised free wifi in rooms but the signal was so feebly that we have to use it right next the counter

The hostel is very well located, just a couple of meters from Termini Station. The staff is ok, but when you ask a question it seems they dont like that. The first night we where on a great room. But no hot water. They changed us the room to a not so nice one. The room smelled and the shower was just above the toilet! The last night, again no hot water. They again changed us to another room with small bed, and not very nice. They should fix the water problem, and they can be a great hostel! It is very c
