tI didn't feel very safe in this hostel and one night they had a big fight that the police had to come. Another day they said that they are going to clean our room but nothing happend. The other thing is that they say that they have free internet, which means they have one computer which didn't work the whole time I was there. The only good thing about that hostel was the breakfast and the friendly staff.

Did\'nt like the hostel very much. The prices are good, and the location is great, but with cheap prices comes bad quality. Maybe it was just my experience, because some of my food got stolen. I did like the free breakfast.

It was dirty, reception was closed most of the time, the internet facility was broken and the free breakfast would be fine if you could fined a clean plate to eat of. the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. No point in contacting me as I won't be staying there again

Worst hostel during our world trip and we came from south america. This place is a disgrace to any decent traveler. Unless you are messy, dirty, immature and would like to get your belongings stolen and have no sleep during your stay, don't go there. This place should be reported to health services!

Dirty, bad atmosphere, unpleasant. Staff not helpful, not aware of what\'s going on, making problems of everything. No kitchen utensils and the worst - bedbugs in the bedrooms. The worst hostel ever!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this hostel, I had to remove old dirty sheets from my bed before I could put on clean ones, and I was not given a clean pillow case. I actually changed from a 3 bed dorm room to the all girls 8 bed dorm which was much cleaner in general, and had a nicer feel than the smaller mixed dorm rooms. The showers and toilets were ok, but there was quite a lot that needed fixing. I didn't use the kitchen so cannot comment on them.

When i checked in the receptionist was very rude. This is definitely not a party hostel and the atmosphere is just dead!. Expect a lot of people living there long term who think they are the king of the place. I would recommend a hostel closer to the city, even if you are paying $3 more per night it will be definitely worth it! There is no cutlery or plates, bathrooms and toilets are always dirty, expensive wifi, bed sheets dirty,I can't really pick anything I really enjoyed about this place.

Was worried when we read the reviews on the hostel but ignore them because this place is great!! We stayed in the private room for a week and then moved into the 8 bed dorm, still here 9 weeks later. Atmosphere and staff are great!!! You can bring your own drink, which is rare in hostels!! Everyone gets together at night, drinks, bbqs etc!!! Location just a 3 minute walk from all the bars and alot cheaper than the other hostels. Kitchen is a little small but it's alright!

The bathrooms are everything but not clean. I tried not to use them really disgusting. I choose this hostel because it was not in the city center. But they had a big drinking party directly under my room to five in the morning when I had to get up. So it wasn't quit at all.

This is by far the most disgusting hostel I've ever stayed at. The dorm was filthy. The beds had sheets on them that had been there forever and they were filthy and looked slept in. The bathrooms had no soap to wash your hands with and the showers were moldy and dirty. The shower curtains were also moldy. The kitchen was disgusting and the refrigerators smelled horrible. Half of the people staying there lived there and they were loud and drunk EVERY night ALL night. The pool was filthy too

I've spent a week at the Hostel and it was great fun! Super relaxed and social atmosphere and the pool is nice! The 12bed dorm was a bit messy and the beds have certainly been in use for way too long but it's good value for money! Not a fancy place for flashpackers but good hostel for people on a budget. I've seen more expensive hostels in worse condition than the Frogs Hollow!

I have never seen such a disgusting place. The bathroom was so dirty (hairs, ants and dead animals in the shower and sink). There were cockroaches everywhere, especially in the kitchen. There was no air conditioning in my room and you cannot imagine the smell... Moreover, the staff is not friendly at all.
