Welcome to the homely atmosphere of FuQi Hostel, a safe and friendly hostel for budget travellers located right in the heart of Tainan city.
Taiwan oldest city Tainan is located in the southern part of Taiwan. It is full of history and culture. To see and explore Tainan is to understand what Taiwan is all about. The food and the friendly feeling of Taiwanese people are all waiting for you here.
We invite you to make your stay comfortable at Fuqi Hostel:
Best location : we are one of the most central hostels in Tainan, It is therefore the ideal spot to visit the sights and the night life of Tainan. Many tourist sites are within walking distance : only 5 minutes to the peaceful Confucian Temple, the Chih Kan Tower or the National Museum of Taiwan Literature, 10 minutes walk to the famous local food streets or the vibrating night life of the art district. Find art galleries, little shops or nice cafes just a stone throw from Fuqi.
Convenience stores are also just around the corner,and you can take transportation to anywhere you want to go in and around Tainan without problem.
Beds & rooms : We offer spacious, bright and clean air-conditioning dorms (6 beds female dorm, 12 beds mixed dorm and another 10 beds dorm is opening soon), furnished with very comfortable beds and high quality bed linen. You are welcome to hang in our cosy TV lounge and socialise with friends or other fellow travellers in our spacious communal area.
Lockers, wifi and wired public computer, laundry machine,washing powder, tea &coffee, shampoo & shower gel, hairdryer and more are all available for free. There is also a fully equipped self catering kitchen.
Our reception is open from 9 am to 9 pm , check in time is 2 pm, check out time 11 am, there is no curfew, you are free to get in and out whenever you like. We provide a free day of luggage storage after check out (or before check in time).
Our helpful Chinese/English speaking staff will be pleased to offer all information you may need to get the most of your Tainan experience.

I loved the hostel and its friendly staff. It can be tricky to find it (make sure you copy the street address in chinese characters - in case you need to ask for directions), but you'll soon discover that the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. I could leave my baggage there for a while even after check-out. I honestly cannot say anything bad of this place.

Check-in is after 2PM. Before 2PM, you can leave your baggage at the reception area.Fuqi will not be responsible for loss or damage of luggage in this case. Check out is 11AM. If you plan to leave before 9 am, please inform our staff as you check in.
