Lovely place, very nice and helpful staff members, highly recommended!

Awesome place! Really can't think of anything bad about it. In a pretty central place in the city and close to sights/or otherwise bus stops which goes to sites. Got lots of character and the owner(Zebra) is super nice and helpful. =) Would totally come back here again!

One of the favorite hostel in Taiwan!! The whole design of Fuqi is cool, the staffs are nice and helpful, and it is near train station and other sight spots! You can easily find food to eat and go shopping. Too sad that we only stay one night ((

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Harry, thanks for all the great recommendations and your help! Hostel is well located, not too far from the train station and in a walking distance to most attractions in Tainan, including a busstop to Anping. Toilets and facilities were clean. Safety is guaranteed by lockers and cameras. Wouldn't recommend this place for partying, but definitely for a quiet getaway with sightseeing and delicious food.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Lots of details and effort taken to setup this excellent hostel. I will definitely stay at FuQi when i visit Tainan City again. One request would be the extension of hot shower hours at night, there is simply too many things to do in Tainan City.

A moderate walk from the train station. Great central location for seeing the city. Staff were helpful. Stay was comfortable.

kind of too noisy...

Very friendly and helpful staff! Met some really cool people here. Played games with the staff and fellow hostel mates then went out for supper together, good times! Decent location, clean rooms, great value for money. Would come again!

I liked the hostel so much because staff here are really helpful and nice introducing the city and bring us to walk around the old town, met a lot ppl here, thanks so much!

Staff are amazing here, very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, easy to walk to a lot of interesting places. The rooms are fairly spacious and feel safe, although there are lockers to rent if you want. The beer is also very cheap in the hostel! Only downside being there are only 5 showers for about 30+ people and the dorm rooms are quite hot at night if you aren't by the aircon!

The hostel was in a great spot - very close to Chikan tower (5-10 min walk) and the bus stop to Anping as well as 10-15 min walk to other tourist sites. There a several food places right around the area. The staff were very friendly, incrediblely helpful, and knew alot about the area. As it was close to Chinese New Year, the owner invited those staying there to join them for dinner, which was exceptionally nice. I definitely will stay there again when I go to Tainan

Sorry for the late ratings... The atmosphere is GREAT! The place is clean & tidy. The bed is comfortable. Our host, Harry was enthusiastic and told me what is famous in Tainan. But it was a pity that i stayed there for only 1 night and had to go back to Kaohsiung early next morning. I had a nice stay there, will visit there once again!

I couldn't sleep at all for 2 nights. Because of activities of many many temples and the noisy of people at the lobby. When I stay at this hostel, there were big group from Hongkong. and they always made noisy till deep deep night. Of course it is case by case. But the staff didn't care about this situation. But he was helpful. This hostel has good things and bad things together for me.

The stuff is very helpful. It is a little bit 'ancient' house located in the centre of Tainan cities. Very convenient to all the attractions in the city and not far away from the bus stop to Anping.
