We enjoyed our stay in the mountains at Fuji Villa. The big breakfast was nice, but it would be nice to have some fresh fruit. The shuttle service was great, just be sure to book ahead with plenty of time. It gets booked up sometimes. The staff did some funny things like shutting off the wifi after 9:30 and constantly shutting off the hot water for coffee. Also, either they or other guests were very loud in the morning and woke us up everyday with their yelling back and forth.

This place is AMAZING ! We stayed there for three days and after travelling in many gesthouse in South Asia, Fuji villa was a blessing ! The room is beautiful and REALLY clean, the staff clean it everyday. The breakfast was giantic ( rice chicken, vegetables, noddle, bread, cheese, dozen of jam, milk juice + some local specialities. We didn't walk much around but it seems that there is some nice places cuz it's near the vulcano. The hotel IS far away, but u have 3shuttle bus to go (about 45min)

Please note that for visiting Jogyakarta you're about an hour out. There is a free shuttle but the return leg forgot to pick me up and I had to wait until around 10.30pm at McDonalds waiting. Breakfast is AMAZING. Huge choice! Dorm is OK but if I had had the money I would have stayed in a room as they looked incredible! Lady staff was lovely, though when I arrived I was initially overlooked and took some doing to get noticed as I had been put in the wrong room (a room, not the dorm). Nice garden
