Ideal location in a quiet residential area, with parking and bus stot at 50 mt. the sea is 10 minutes walk away (rocky coast and 2 small beaches in town) while beaches (the first famous beach is at 2 kilometres) can be reached by bus or car.
The apartment is 700 metres from Lungomare Valencia e 900 metres from the old town, near supermarkets, restaurants, shops and pub. Air conditioned, completely furnished , with everything you need (T.V., hi-fi system, videoplayer, electric heating, kitchen utensils, English Coffe maker, toaster, juicer, crepe maker, meat grill, gas cooker, refridgerator, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, phon hair).Very bright and welcoming home, offers two bedrooms, the small one with 2 single beds and the big one with a queen bed and a "folding bed" that can be used in the same room because it is quite large; for baby there is also a cot. In living room you'll find a corner relax with 2 sofà (one of this is a sofa bed) and tv, with dvd player and stereo radio; a dining area with a table with 5 chairs ; the kitchen is visible because on a living room there is a semi-open wall with a table and 4 stools two of which are in the kitchen (for quick lunch) In the bathroom there is a bathtub with a shower facility;
From the large terrace you have a nice view on a beautiful garden, and thank to the sun shades you can eat outdoor for your breakfast or in the evening for a a bbq for your grilled fish or meat.
