The B&B is located in via Generale Arimondi 48, really near the metro stop 'Giachery' and the main bus stop (no more than two minutes walking). Piazza Politeama and the old town center can be reached from the beautiful mall of via Libertà in about 20 minutes walking.
From the airport Falcone and Borsellino:

Go to A29 highway to Palermo for 13km, reach the traffic circle of via Leonardo da Vinci stay on the left and go down to via Leonardo da Vinci, to the sea. You have to turn right in via Magliaccio and then turn left for via Campolo, at the end turn left in via Malaspina. After approximately 200 meters, turn right in via Notarbartolo, go over the crossing with via Libertà and turn on the left, in via Marchese di Villabianca. After 400 meters approximately, turn right in via Generale Streva and go to the end, then turn right in via Sampolo, then turn right again in via Arimondi, you are arrived!

From the harbour:

Exit from the port, you will be in via Francesco Crispi and you will turn to right obligatorily, go until the first overpass, you will have to turn on the left going over it. Coming down, you will find in front of you via Duca della Verdura, go until the first traffic light and turn right, this is via Marchese di Villabianca, go down and after 400 meters approximately, turn to right in via Generale Streva, go down, then turn right in via Sampolo, and right again in via Arimondi, you are arrived!

From the railway station:

Really simple: go down for via Roma, you will arrive to p.zza Sturzo. Stay on the right, go over: you will find via Isidoro Carini, it will become via Pasquale Calvi, via Generale Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa, and via Marchese di Villabianca; turn to right in via Generale Streva, go down, turn right in via Sampolo, and right again in via Arimondi, you are arrived!
