NIce hostel, which is located 30 min of walk from oldtown. Rooms are nice with huge lockers underneath the beds. Due to the fact that you are allowed to smoke downstairs at the reception, it smells like smoke in the kitchen, and a bit in the rooms in the first floor, too.

Very nice hostel, I just wished it was a little closer to the city center. Staff was very kind and we ate a great dinner for just 1 Euro.

It was the best hostel that we have passed until now. The crew are completely receptive and friendly. We had very good treatment for everyone and a girl who works there (Mia, I think) stood out for all the helps she gave us and also for the bunch of good information about the city. Carry on in this way: without charging your guests with rates and boring depositis for everything, we liked that! Also, always concern to put cool people in the reception because this matters a lot!

Overall .. pretty descent hostel, good staff, and clean. The two things they did not do well, were the beds ( too old and lumpy ) and the heat, which did not work one cold cold night. One of the guests in the room finally figured out how to fix the heater the next day though, which saved our bacon. And the lounge downstairs is filled with smoke, so if you need less fumes get a room on the second floor where its smoke free.

As I walked in I instantly noticed the room was full of smoke, much like in many of the cafes in Amsterdam. Got welcome Raki, which was nice. Night shift did not know how the payment with credit card worked, though I made the effort to ask if it would be a problem in advance. So a quick hike was necessary to take out cash and still make it to the trainstation.

Decent hostel but brutal for non smokers. Common areas were always a cloud of smoke mostly generated by the staff. I didn't order lung cancer with my dinner but I guess free stuff is always good when backpacking?? The washrooms smelt a bit odd but it was mostly covered by the smell of cigarettes anyways so not too big a deal. There seemed to be a lot of repairs needed. There was no light in the kitchen because half of them were out. That being said the staff were really nice and helpful.

Bed sheets should be changed soon, they were torn due to repeated use, but they were clean. Wash-hand basins in the bathrooms are installed into a wooden top - not a good combination! Even though the bathrooms are recently renovated, the top is all shriveled from water! Similarly poor low-quality materials in the kitchen. OK for now, because it's still quite new, but I'd hate to see how it looks like in 5 years! Use quality materials, it's a larger investment, but it pays off in the long term!

This was a great hostel, very very clean and spotless in the bathroom and dorm rooms, free internet access, and great staff who were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel. It is an easy tram ride to/from the town, then short walk. I appreciated the free washer to wash my clothes.

This hostel was cool, especially friendly staff, not only during a day, but also during evening in the bar. Big kitchen with all necessary facilities, clean bathroom, rooms etc. Great location, for that price, really good!

Nice hostel with very pleasant staff. They were really willed and able to help. The rooms are quite small but functional. The location is alright. WiFi and usage of PCs, towels, padlocks is for free.

Very clean hostel with a large kitchen and another large lounge area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is it is about a 30 minute walk from the old town.
