The Hostel is great. The manager there called River deserves a gold medal in customer service. He provided us with so much information & any request was no job too big. The last time I experienced such a fantastic customer service was when I was in a 5 star hotel in Dubai. The hostel itself is very clean about 5-10 minutes walk to city centre & very clean. I would highly recommed you stay in this place if you decided to come to Riga which itself is also a very nice place to be inThe Hostel is great. Stayed 3 nights in Sept in double room. Room was fab, and the hostel was clean. There was a new manager starting the same day we arrived (so some of the prev bad comments prob fault of prev mgt), who was really friendly and welcoming - and we found the kitchen clean and well equipped. Free toast/cereal available all morning for brekfast and free tea and coffee all day. Huge selection of movies if you don\'t want to go out, and only few mins walk or 2 stops on tram to old town - no noise at nigh...MoreStayed 3 nights in Sept in double room. The facilities here were excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful. The one downside is that the hostel is a little out of the Old Town which involved a walk in and out each time. It is also on the 5th floor with no elevator, so don\'t book here unless you can carry your luggage up!The facilities here were excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained.
