Does the job. Hard beds, most powerpoints don't work, bathrooms are pretty grubby. Good location next to the nightmarkets.

I only stayed one night at the hostel yet I found the lower first bed near the door problematic as there is a window to the bathroom where the light did keep me awake, also the bathroom door and dorm door can pose a clash at times whilst also the bathroom door does not lock well. Otherwise a perfect location, helpful staff and great value.

The hostel staff is unnecessarily rude and not too helpful when it comes to more serious issues such as my friend being sick during the night. We stayed in a double room but for the same price we have found a much better double at a different location with more helpful and polite staff. All in all the experience was poor at the hostel.

I stayed there 3 nights and i was eaten by bedbugs! Dont go there.

This hostel was very friendly, clean and in a good location. It is very close to multiple restaurants, religious sites, and the night market.

Location is good but the facility is a bit run down. It's a pretty good option for staying in Vientiane.

Very uncomfortable beds

Nice place in the center. Walking distance to the most sightseeing spots. Helpful staff and nice common area.

Was only here for one night and I was deathly ill... but it seemed like an above average hostel and good for meeting people. It's really close to the night market which is nice because that's pretty much all there is to do in Vientiane.

Do not take a double room with a shared bathroom. They dont have a window and are tiny. Staff was nice and always trying to help. Fungus in the hallways. Location couldnt be better though. Only a few minutes to the mekong and the night market. We were promised a minivan(7p) for our bus trip that we purchased in the hostel for 10000 kip extra p. P. And ended up with other 25dissapoited people who were promised the same squeezed into a bus for 20 people where nobody could move.

Decent private room, clean, close to everything. The best pizza restaurant is one street over (Via Via), thanks to staff for the great recommendation. Cons: smokers can smoke inside in the lobby and we absolutely hated it and wish they would have no smoking signs. We couldn't use the common room as a result. Need better bikes, all of them are terribly broken. Beware if you book online you pay for fees, it is cheaper to book in person.

ken is an absolute champ, very helpful, good English, shouted us some smokes n water and gave us some bananas, would definitely stay again, highly recommended, this joint was just rad... would write more but this keyboard belongs at the dump

Helpful staff and good atmosphere, really excellent location right near to a lot of the top night spots.

Good quality-price relation. Not bad for a day or two.

Excellent hotel, super friendly staff - they speak a good english and will help sincerely and with pleasure, clean rooms, good location!

Easy to find, friendly staff, interesting streets nearby to get lost in :)

I got a nice private room with shared bathroom. The room was ok except there could be one more power socket. Although, the shared bath was a bit messy since the sink holes of the shower were blocked! The staff is helpful and nice as long as you get the right one. However, some of them do not speak english very well!

Ken, the funkiest of monkeys the dude the man the legend that runs the place is an absolute beauty. Highly recommend this spot to any traveler. Best showers in Asia.

Not a bad hostel. Good location and free breakfast

Clean and comfortable. Friendly atmosphere. Has AC. Only wish they would add more covering to the bathroom windows to increase privacy. Definitely would stay there again though.
