The hostel doesn't have any character. The rooms have flat screen TV but look very out dated. We only stayed there for one night but decided not to return. I think the biggest turn off for all of us was the towels. They were all stained or had wholes in them. Location was great tho!

Wifi slow and unreliable. Dorm 1 lockers below beds can be accessed by lifting the mattress. Electricity sockets on the right side of Dorm 1 not functional.

No problems. Standard hotel / hostel. Not great that the only toilets and showers are on the ground floor where there are 3 floors

It's OK. Clean priv rooms (a bit too small maybe) and nice showers. Sometimes strange smell in shared bathroom and water problems. First day I've arrived only two hours later than announced, at 1 AM, and my booked room was already occupied. The next day they apologized and gave me much better room for the same price, so it was OK after all.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable but need reading lights! The showers were awesome! Would recommend.

Everything was okay. I was quite surprised with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Most of the hostels I have visited before served only bread, butter, jam, and fruit for breakfast. The only thing that needs improvement is the room. A lot of mosquitoes at night.

Very Nice! We had a dorm which was good value for the money we paid. The showers are awesome and absolutely clean. If you don't have a lock for the storage under your bed, you can get one for free at the reception. There is a free billiard table (in a good state) in the lobby. On the evening we we're there, there was half an hour of free Whiskey. WiFi was a bit crappy and the bed in the form a bit hard. However, this Hostel is fully recommendable.

I had a twin room with shared bath room. The room was small with only a window to the corridor. The stuff made a disinteressted impression to me.

Despite reserving and paying the 10% deposit, when we arrived (after a 27 hour bus journey) we were told that our room wasn't available as the people in it before us decided to stay. The guy on reception was incredibly rude, and had no consideration of our situation or why we were quite annoyed. When the manager came, in fairness they did refund the 10% deposit, but the situation was far from ideal and left us having to stay in an expensive hotel as availability was poor elsewhere.

Not much to say. We got everything we needed here after landing on our first day in Vientiane. Room was clean – AC, TV and Shower all working. It was pretty central, so you could wander about a bit to explore and get a bite etc. Didn’t really meet anyone, but there were always a few people kicking about.

While at first this seemed like an average but adequate guest house, my stay there left me pleasantly surprised. Comfortable beds, HBO in my room, wonderful breakfast included and a shower I would expect to find at a high end resort really made this great value for the money. It was not perfectly clean, but nor was it dirty enough to bother me much.

We stayed in a 3 bed room en-suite. It was alright, but we did not had hot water after the 1st day but it was fixed. We could closed and lock the door, but we realized after 2 days that you can easily push it in even when its locked. We told the staff and they automatically said "Oh yeah I know, will fix it." So I assume it was a continuous problem. They fixed it by putting a paper between the lock and the frame!!! Well it worked :) The staff were friendly and helpful, fixed everything quickly.

Nice place with free + good breakfast. People around the world. You can meet new friends here. But a lot of mosquito. Toilet on the 3rd it's not good. The traveler not keep it's clean. Staff was nice, you can exchange money, rent the bicycle, book a bus here.

This hostel was average, much like most of the hostels in Laos. I asked our host to book two first class train tickets to Bangkok for us, which she did. However, when we arrived at the border we were given two second class tickets that were worth half the price. I argued with the hostels ticket agent on the phone for some time who fed me various lies, telling me that was what I had booked and that the hostel host spoke poor English. It's pretty clear that we were scammed by the host. Beware.
