This budget hotel is located outside from inner city and from beach, so you should rent one of the provided motorcycles (300 THB/day). Rooms are very clean and good size, walls are thin, so you will wake up due to noisy neighbors sometimes. Breakfast is a little boring, but okay. If you want to go out in the evening, it's 30 mins walking distance. There is a very good and cheap seafood restaurant right across the street (next to hair dresser). All in all okay, but not great place to stay.
